If you are a veteran, this is a great place to live. They put veterans ahead of everyone else, they even held my apartment for 90 days while waiting for IHA to complete their business! They also have community managers staffed in a separate building to help the veterans with all manner of things, as well as luncheons with different organizations that seek to aid veterans as well. The location is pretty good; sometimes I hear gunshots in the distance but never on the property. Only deducting one star because the office seems to intermittently change their operating hours and it is sometimes a struggle to get someone to pick up the phone or call you back, but submitting maintenance requests online has always been easy. The maintenance staff are friendly and skilled at their jobs and knowledgeable on what is required. Looking forward to signing for another year!

I call and email the leasing lady to see about my application status she very rude and ignores my calls and emails and tells me that there is nothing available but there is because I have family friends that live there and they tell me staff is lazy and they don't really do anything

Iv'e been living here for 5 years now. The office staff used to be horrible as well as maintenance staff. They have improved so much since then. The office staff is amazing and maintenance is amazing also. Appliances are not up to date but they are not horrible. Over all I love living here and i dont have any complaints.
