So only downside to living here pool shuts down every year after 4th of July and is typically closed the whole month happened 2 years in a row , and some of the neighbors play loud music at 2 am and party . I love the patio and the pool deck and all the grass areas so my child can play. Also people that don't live in our complex enter the pool all the time people just let them in thats why we have key cards if the person trying to get in doesnt have a card dont let them in

I lived here for a long time. It's a super beautiful and pleasant place. I loved walking my dog at night, whenever my family came to visit all the neighbors and the administration behaved very well, the administrative staff is very nice and understanding to stay here again when I return to the city.

I've had positive experiences with the office team and maintenance. They're responsive and helpful. They keep the area nice and clean. I've lived here for many years and have no plans of relocating.

Great maintenance experience! The technician who helped with my fridge lightbulb was kind, efficient, and honest about the expected wait time. He was empathetic about the inconvenience, and even went the extra mile by finding a bulb sooner than expected and fixing it the same day. Really appreciated his help!

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and it’s really annoying how every time I call the office it takes decades to actually get ahold of someone. I have to call several times to get an answer, and even when leaving a voicemail I never get a call back.

The location has been very nice and quiet, and the office staff is friendly and very helpful. But I have to say that it has deteriorated due to noisy neighbors. Their homes are so dirty that cockroach and other insect infestations have spread. I hope the community improves and they rent to more responsible people. Do you know the ICE number?

This is one of the easiest and smooth moving in I have had so far. Veneisha and the other leasing office staff were so professional, and assisted from the Application process to my moving in. The apartment is worth it; I would recommend to anyone who is having a second thought.

I very recently moved in and vaniesha is who helped me through the entire process I had alot of personak things going on and this move was so hard for me mentally but she was there hand and foot for whatever I needed . Move in has been great! Office staff checked in a couple times to see how the move was going and if we needed anything. Had two very minor maintenance issues upon move-in that were both fixed immediately.

I moved in 2021 and it was nice relatively quiet and clean. However since summer of 2023 everything has started downhill. As a former property manager - the grounds are gross trash everywhere that is not picked up after dumpster people come. Dog park is riddled with dog crap and trash and kids breaking the gates. People walk around with their dogs off leash - has been reported but still nothing. Pool is closed often - over crowded - late music loud. Fireworks went off for two weeks straight around 4th of July. Lawn people have ruined my patio area. Kids are loud late at night. Recycling is not picked up half the time. They increase the rates for what there's no benefits? There's no incentives for loyal quiet renters - disheartening for sure.

The staff working there were very nice and professional. I’ve called to set up a tour appointment and I was scheduled for a same day tour even though I called only two hours before their closing time. When I arrived everyone there was welcoming and answered any questions we’ve had. The neighborhood was very clean and quit. The apartments were very well maintained.
