I've lived here for 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. The property is well taken care of. Brittnee goes above and beyond and really cares about the residents. I'm very happy here.

I am so grateful that they gave me a place to live when no one else would talk to me. I couldn't even get to put my name on a list no where else. Management talked with me with kind words and treatment , and I am grateful for that. I am the type of person that appreciates the fact that I'm not homeless and in need of shelter and food. Home is what you make of it. You see I come from nothing and I appreciate coming to my apartment and closing my door to privacy. It's nice and clean over here. Yeah it's a little busy on boulder but I'm getting use to it. I do have roaches but I'm working on them. Like I said earlier I'm just happy that I have a place to lay my head . The rent is not that bad. I like the fact that I just have to worry about one note. Neighbors are really friendly also. I just looks forward everyday to get to unlock my door to enter into a place of quietness. I know everything and everyday is not going to be perfect but it's perfect for me. Thanks boulder palms for giving me a place to live.

My name is Frank Higgins I'm about to start my 4th yr in May here at Boulder Palms from day 1 im a Jersey guy Military / ex Police officer your staff Zazell Lori ,Chuck & Louis are a true asset to your AMC family i looked at 15 different properties in Vegas and your property won out hands down all be it people i know said Boulder Highway is a cesspool of crime homeless all around its the Hood but it may be a little rough outside our complex i worked in far worse in Jersey our complex is safe secure clean plus myself n other residents look out for the elderly i tell Lori this place is my last stop and I've learned Lori is retiring in May I wouldn't let her go she is the nicest warmest woman i know she goes above & beyond to help all resedents and she cares and Zazell is allways hands on so to the owners of Boulder Palms your property is that Diamond in the ruff with a great staff!!‚

Almost a YEAR later...wonderful neighbors and staff...my stay has been really pleasant. Well maintained grounds and amenities. Thank God no bugs in my apartment. And a Great View of the mountains and the North end of the Las Vegas Strip. Move in note...very nice staff and great views and awesome space in the apartment amazing landscape...smokey smell and very little counter space...great move in experience and perfect price!!

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful yet professional. I dealt with the office several times via the phone while still being in Indiana. When I finally got here they were warm and friendly and helpful my move in was effortless on their end. My neighbors are great my unit was clean and all ready when I got here will definitely recommend this property. I feel like I'm at home and plan on staying a long time.

Thank you Chuck for everythink you have done in my place the last 2 years. Your efficient creative repairs are on point and you're a though maintance manager, both you and Luis are a great professional team at Boulder Palms Senior Apartment's. As a residents i'm never left hanging in dire straights. Both Lori and Zazil run a tight office as well they equally listen to our *concerns and *issues that come up effecting and or may occur in our daily lives, as well as pest control and maintaning a very clean complex every week. I enjoy the enviorment and living here also i'm a veteran. Thanks Chuck George #228
