It's amazing how much Brittany is there for everyone that walks into the office. No matter how much she has to do she is there to help each n everyone who walks in the office . Whenever I've needed something done in my place maintenance is always there to fix whatever it is.There use too be 2 people working in the office now there is only Brittany and she is now doing a 2 person job n still greets with a smile ..

My wife and I have lived here for going on 3 years. It's the safest place we have ever lived. Pool is cleaned weekly the office is always having pizza parties or doing something fun for the cuminitee. On several occasions Brittnee and Zazil has helped us with are Hudvash and many important things we needed help with. We thank Boulder Palms for having such staff great staff.

My grandma lives at this location and absolutely loves it. The front desk lady Brittnee is so nice and is always super helpful and accommodating to everyone. She is super knowledgeable and helps my grandma when she needs it. I couldn’t be happier or recommend a better place to live for an elderly person. The property itself is super affordable and accessible for those who need it.

Moved in on Wednesday downsized a lot. But we'll have to downsize some more. That's okay. It'll be great once I'm settled. My daughter was here for the weekend. She loved the placei met 2 lovely. Women that are neighbors close by that were very welcoming and helpful. I think I'm gonna be very happy here. Al surrender to check your maintenance man and another neighbor Mike. From 1 to 7, they were very kind to help me and got my TV working. After 6 days with no TV, that's okay, thought I was too exhausted to watch It.

Britney the receptionist automatically put in my work order cause my air conditioner was not working on Sunday afternoon. Within 10 minutes Chuck the maintenance came to install a new air conditioner in my apartment. The Staff here Boulder Palms is always looking out for the Tenants Welfare. Both Zazil and Brittnne welcomed me with open arms. Both Ladies are knowledgable, patient, understanding, friendly and compassionate. The maintenance supervisor Chuck is also awesome and responds quickly to any maintenance needs. I have been a resident of Boulder Palms Sr. Apts. for over 5 years. When we had the great fortune of Zazil Garcia to be our Community Manager, this was a true blessing. Mrs. Garcia is professional, knowledgeable, always with a smile and ready to help. She cares about the residents, I often see her walk the property making sure all is well. The Apartments complex is beautiful. We love our apartment, the maintenance staff Chuck & Louie keep the units updated. The leasing office Manager Zazil. Is always here to answer any questions we may have, and Brittnee is awesome. She goes above and beyond. For the tenants here, she always ask you if your needs were met. I am so grateful that they gave me a place to live when no one else would talk to me. I couldn't even get to put my name on a list no where else. Management talked with me with kind words and treatment , and I am grateful for that. I am the type of person that appreciates the fact that I'm not homeless and in need of shelter and food. Home is what you make of it. You see I come from nothing and I appreciate coming to my apartment and closing my door to privacy. It's nice and clean over here. Yeah it's a little busy on boulder but I'm getting use to it. I do have roaches but I'm working on them. Like I said earlier I'm just happy that I have a place to lay my head . The rent is not that bad. I like the fact that I just have to worry about one note. Neighbors are really friendly also. I just looks forward everyday to get to unlock my door to enter into a place of quietness. I know everything and everyday is not going to be perfect but it's perfect for me. My name is Frank Higgins I'm about to start my 4th yr in May here at Boulder Palms from day 1 im a Jersey guy Military / ex Police officer your staff Zazell Lori ,Chuck & Louis are a true asset to your AMC family i looked at 15 different properties in Vegas and your property won out hands down all be it people i know said Boulder Highway is a cesspool of crime homeless all around its the Hood but it may be a little rough outside our complex i worked in far worse in Jersey our complex is safe secure clean plus myself n other residents look out for the elderly i tell Lori this place is my last stop and I've learned Lori is retiring in May I wouldn't let her go she is the nicest warmest woman i know she goes above & beyond to help all resedents and she cares and Zazell is allways hands on so to the owners of Boulder Palms your property is that Diamond in the ruff with a great staff!!™

Everyone has been so friendly and helpful yet professional. I dealt with the office several times via the phone while still being in Indiana. When I finally got here they were warm and friendly and helpful my move in was effortless on their end. My neighbors are great my unit was clean and all ready when I got here will definitely recommend this property. I feel like I'm at home and plan on staying a long time.

Your efficient creative repairs are on point and you're a though maintance manager, both you and Luis are a great professional team at Boulder Palms Senior Apartment's. As a residents i'm never left hanging in dire straights. Both Lori and Zazil run a tight office as well they equally listen to our *concerns and *issues that come up effecting and or may occur in our daily lives, as well as pest control and maintaning a very clean complex every week. My experience with the management at Boulder Palms Senior Apts. in regards to a maintenance problem was a pleasant one. I turned in a written request to have my electric range looked at because it was shocking me whenever my hands were wet. Two days later they entered my apartment and fixed the problem.
