I am so happy that I had the opportunity to work with the leasing professional Misha. She is very pleasant and went above and beyond to answer all the questions I had. She gave me a tour of the building and my new apartment and explained everything to me. I’m in love with my new place and can’t wait to get settled in our new apartment. I would highly recommend Bladensburg commons as a place to call home.

Everyone has different experiences with people and places but for me I have no complaints more compliments than anything. Its in a great location shopping, the beltway, and schools are all less than a mile away. I finally got the call at a great time in my life seriously a blessing. THE STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME GET INTO THE APARTMENT. THEY ALSO WENT ABOVE AND TO HELP ME GET MY APPLICATION PROCESSED. I have been moved in now for a little over 3 months and my experience with the PROPERTY and the STAFF including MAINTENANCE has been nothing but AMAZING!!!!

Be careful with packages. The residents will steal your stuff. Front staff no help, no cameras beside the front. I have my rug stolen from my door and my daughter clothes stolen

Neat environments, no enough space for visitors parking, tenant don't have visitors parking card, even if you have 2cars one will be tolled, tolling vehicles guys sleeps there, once u overstayed ur welcome ur car is tolled at 11pm prompt even during covid time!........so painful, not an environment for lovers....cos its breaks relationships!

To be a resident and experience the degree of pleasantness that the staff of Bladensburg Commons is rare in such a uptight world in which we live. Some of the staff members have been accused of being rude or disrespectful, anybody can have a bad day we all are human and are prone to emotional distress, so in defense of my property staff keep doing a wonderful job and thank you for providing me with a beautiful living environment that I can call home.’™

Walls so thin you hear EVERYTHING under you and over you! AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT!!! Nice building but too many apartments for peace and quiet. Better off living in a tent at a busy mall or next to a highway!

Had a great experience with the staff seeing the apartment. Very nice, new and clean. I recommend this property to anyone that's looking. They have some nice amenities and also the location is awesome. You can access DC and other parts of Maryland easily. Right next to B/W parkway, Walmart, shopping and whatever else you can think of. Will be moving in by August and can't wait!!!!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! MY NEW PLACE! The office manager and staff was very helpful in making this transition easy. Moving from a townhouse to an apartment was different but we love the space, the amenities and more. Close by the beltway and many stores. Met some really helpful and nice neighbors already. If you are looking for a wonderful community check them out!
