I moved in here in April, 2020. Very clean complex. Completely Renovated. Seniors/w/disabilities, and disabled. HUD Quiet, w/RTD shopping bus on Fridays. Bus stops on the 6 line in both directions right out front.

please, if you are thinking of renting here, think again! I have lived here for six years., it's not the "family" oriented kind of place. Do not leave your family member live here, the maintenance people, are rude, you have to pay for service calls, deal with ignorant people, people who have nothing to do, they gossip, watch your every move. Watch who is in your apt. Tell you to shop once a week, tell you how much food to put in your refrigerator. If you have ANY problems, you are out of luck. I really wish I could tell you more, I will leave it up to you. If you love your loved ones, pls. Reconsider moving into this place. If you are Ill, have no where to live, and you don't mind being ignored by most of the staff here, you will be fine, otherwise, find another place if you are sane! Seriously. I will be moving within' a year; as my daughter lives in a different country. I like the manager, she does her best when she can.
