My experience at Artistry Everyone at Artistry was so kind to me. I want to mention Marian, from the front desk. She is amicable, knowledgeable, happy, and brings youth to the entire building. While at Artistry, she made it seem like she was there for me as an equal, or a friend. She made me laugh and feel incredibly comfortable during our interaction. Nothing bad to say about these apartments and good job Marian!

We needed to move our elderly parents close to our home. We looked everywhere in the metroplex for a place that wasn't run down, and had a friendly set of staff members. Artistry at Craig Ranch not only checked all the boxes, but delivered more! The interior hallways, gathering areas, shared spaces, etc, are well kept, clean, and emulate a top-end hotel! The staff (i.e., Carol and Lesha) are courteous and friendly! They helped us get our parents into this facility in July after a mere 1 to 2 weeks turnaround; the only reason it took so long was not thier fault, but ours due to another conflicting contract. Thank you Carol and Lesha for being so helpful and kind!

We love our apartment, but the treatment from the staff needs a lot of improvement and there are a lot of untrue things being said about me. We am not able to partake of any of the activities due to this. I am taking care of my husband whom has alzheimers, prostrate cancer, a pacemaker, hearing loss, and skin cancer.

would be happy to leave a review for you. The Artistry at Craig Ranch has many great features that enhance the quality of life for Senior Citizens. First off, the staff choices have been excellent over the last 2+ years that I've resided here; and that's very important to me. Good leadership is the foundation for any organization and I think that is why I feel comfortable and safe in this gated community. Carol and her team have lead us through some trying societal challenges; environmental challenges; and has done it with grace through it all ( including her close - knit staff). Their collaborative efforts have kept me wanting to renew my lease, which I did. Next, the activities offered here at The Artistry are varied and nurturing, such as exercise activities like yoga; strength and balance; billiards; ping pong. Also we have Book Club, Activities with Mind games; etc. and communal gatherings with Shawn/Kim that continue to encourage a sense of family here! Can you tell that I love it?

We have enjoyed Artistry for over 2 years and are looking forward to many more. We are very happy with the staff and all the services they provide. The care and concern they have shown over time was and is so welcoming and thoughtful. The activities are all that we need and look forward to taking part more fully once the Covid pandemic is more under control. We came here to relax and enjoy our older years and are doing just that as well as meeting some great friends to share our time with.

I can honestly say this is the best 55+ community we have ever lived in. The staff is wonderful, Carol, Tara, Kathy and maintenance staff Mercedes, Kim & Shawn, and others. They make a difference because they care about the residents and keep us informed. They keep the community running like a fine tuned machine! Everyone is so friendly and our needs are addressed promptly. They made the moving process very smooth. The amenities are wonderful from the sparkling pool to exercise classes to Happy Hours and more. We love our apartment and large balcony and the safety standards during COVID. We would recommend Artistry at Craig Ranch to all our friends and family.

During the past few months, the staff at Artistry have conducted themselves in a superb manner! They immediately came up with plans to communicate with all the residents on a regular basis. They closed all the shared common areas to ensure safety. BUT...They they went above & beyond by providing daily activities one could do in the privacy of their apartments AND every Thursday had a rolling Happy Hour to hand out prepackaged treats & beverages. You could really tell they cared about everyone who lived here. Wonderful staff!! Doesn't get any better! Thank you kindly Carol, Tara, Mercedes, & Kathy!!

What an amazing, modern, peaceful senior living facility. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience both inside and outside of the property. The staff seemed very cohesive and pleasant with was great.All in all I was veryvplease withbmy experience here.

I absolutely love this community. The staff is very professional and cares very much for their residents. Their Front office staff makes sure that the resistants are taken care of. They have amazing active residents that love happy hour, swim aerobics and educational seminars from all healthcare entities. They have a health clinic that runs weekly where the residents can get check ups inside the wellness center. The complex is very well maintained, landscaping is beautiful and gated parking. I would highly recommend this active community.

I have personal experience as a vendor in this building and my own mother lives there. It is clean, bright and happy. They always have something upbeat going on. The staff is on top of their game. I highly recommend The Artistry at Craig Ranch.
