My utility bill doubled in my water usage and turns out my toliet was not turning off properly due to needing a new part. They fixed it quickly. Now hoping my next bill reflects this!

Been here for almost a month now and have been very pleased. Maintenance is extremely quick to come solve whatever the issue is and they do a quality job. The townhomes have some character but are nice with everything you need. I will say the townhome that you can tour here is the same style one I moved into and that one was way nicer than mine haha. Some of my doors don't really sit right in the frame, shut all the way, creaky stairs, different carpet, etc. Little things that I don't mind which are to be expected in an older renovated townhome. The gym is nice for a basic workout and the pool is nice to sit by although the water could be a tad bit warmer. The main people who work at the office are very nice and prompt. One thing not a lot of people talk about is there is a bike trail loop going around the complex that is over a mile long AND it connects to this huge wetlands nature preserve with lots of walking paths. It's amazing. Rent is a bit high but you absolutely get what you pay for. Friendly people, highly recommend, trust all of the other reviews and consider Albany Woods!
