No upgrades but price goes up. Car break-ins, other safety issues. Not enough kitchen space or pantry. Cut out most of the activities and added what activities they have to your rent.

Property is maintained well on my tour with Amy the property manager she showed me everything they had to offer I even met a few residents on the tour. they greeted me with open arms I can't wait to be part of this community

We had a tour with Amy, I brought my grandparents that are moving from out of state. She took the time to explain everything , talked about the activities, the staff , and residents! They are excited about moving in , And they couldn't be much more happier!

The staff is so helpful. And the property and units look exactly like in the picture. They really work to meet your needs. My parents love the place and I would highly recommend this place.

The management team lead by Gloria Strickland and Amy Laudermilt are professional and at the same time caring for the needs of the residents. Under their direct supervision the property is well maintained. They set the tone for the good value received. You would be hard pressed to find a resident who is unhappy with their surroundings and interactions with Gloria and Amy.

My mother moved there when it was Attiva. Ms. Cheryl the staff was amazing! The property is so immaculate and the apartment made my mom Feel so at home. I visited again today for a family friend who's parents are looking for a new beginning. It's still beautiful and Ms. Nichole was so professional and greeted me with a warm smile!!! It brought back great memories!! I would Suggest this adult community because it's safe, comfortable and a real sense of home sweet home.

Attiva Park has been my home for 16 years and this is the happiest place I have been. I feel safe, and enjoy living here and plan to live here the rest of my life. It is quiet, well maintained and everyone in the office is the best. Sheryl is always there to help when I need her. Maintenance is always done the same or the next day. Mike and John are great. I highly recommend anyone to live here.
