Very nice senior community! My grandma lives here, and has for a few years, she really enjoys it! When I visit her the grounds look clean and trash free. Management is friendly and helpful & Maintenance is responsive. If you need a place to live in VA Beach, that's 55+, check out the commons!

I started living here in August 2023. The manager was very helpful and kind. My understanding is that they have new management and have begun to do upgrades.

My Mom lives here and is moving out because of the unfriendly staff and the fact they don't want to fix anything. They are slum lord's. They had a roach problem, plumbing issues and mold. You can get sick if you're elderly and already have some health problems. They need to do better.
