My dad lives here, there was an emergency that happened in the nextdoor neighbors apartment. The emergency included a flood, from the neighbor's toilet that had piping issues. Luckily, a wonderful maintenance man named Cliff, who was efficient, calm and friendly during the incident saved the day. He multitasked with the dry vac, working the phones for outside vendors to come immediately while he had "boots on the ground" using the wet vac to get all the water up. That stopped additional damage to the building and lower floors, and prevented the water from reaching electrical connections. I was especially impressed since this happened on Christmas morning. 4-stars towards the establishment but top 5-stars for Cliff.

Sherman Glen is affordable, clean and well-maintained. Jody works hard to make Sherman Glen a comfortable place for 55-plus. She is very responsive to requests for repairs, etc. My 2-bedroom unit is spacious, the neighbors on my floor are respectful- cordial- and quiet. Highly recommend.

I've been calling and leaving messages and emailing to many apartments seeking available vacancies but rarely if ever get any return responses. Not with Sherman Glen tho... heard right back from Jodi. Great job!!!

I just moved into Sherman Glen apts & I just love it! Quiet, kind & sweet neighbors while Jen in the office is amazing....so warm & funny! It is very obvious she cares a lot about everyone & everything to do with living here!! Oakbrook folks have been awesome as well! I am very blessed to be here! Come check it out!!

My friend lives here. It's clean and quiet and safe. It's senior living. There is a community room with monthly get togethers for games and movies and music. Laundry facilities on each floor, an elevator, and on-site and underground parking.

Great in every way except, the Bathrooms need to be updated. You need to install Walk in Showers. I'm surprised you haven't had any bad falls or deaths with the unsafe Tubs. Get with the safety program! Stop raising the Rents! The Apartments are supposed to be for the Elderly, who don't have alot of Money!

Perfect we close to everything that I loved when I was young .. Chico's donuts... Northgate Lanes. .. kavanaugh's.... I think the keys had a repair shop there. Drive safe getting to this area it's Maple bluff:)

It seems to be quite my parents are there for a year or so they seem to like it. There are a variety of activities to do around their.and a nice laundry room on each level so that's nice an underground parking is a big asset
