Since my jobs are around this area, so far this place is just ok for me, not perfect but bearable. There are some maintenance issue that I encountered once in awhile and got me so frustrated, but somehow it got taking care of eventually. The 5 star rating is meant for the building maintenance person Steven. Management should have more of like him. Shall I say, it's reasonable for simple downtown life The perk of living 5mins walk away from work is just so awesome...spend my an hour breaktime in my couch.

Irene was really helpful from the beginning until the end of my virtual renting experience and first day of moving she was present to make sure I have a smooth experience too. Over all nice management and well maintained building

Cheap rent for renovated unit.

Close to Royal Alexandra Hospital. Lofts are amazing with nice ceiling heights, spacious, roomy and modern. Had no issues dealing with Mcleod and their property manager.

The suites are recently renovated which is nice... but otherwise, continuous noises from construction activity, water leaks, laundry machines out of order, notice of entry for inspections every week or second week... this is not the fancy living that it is marketed as... and in the winter the heating system can't keep up.. constructor did a very poor insulation job and the radiators are installed at ceiling level, basically warming up the roof while the living area is still cold.
