When I first moved in it was better than I had heard. Now, not so much. At least the view from my 9th floor apartment is good. And the guy who says the tenants don't care, as usual, it just takes a few bad ones to trash it for the rest of us, who DO care. UPDATE 2/20/21 It is so much better now. This new management company has made so many improvements, remodeling the entire building, new pest control (no more bugs), no more fights or police calls and the drug dealers are either gone or have become much more discreet. I have come to enjoy living here. Right downtown with the markets, free venues etc...

Nice place my grandad really likes living there but the workers are very judgmental, I came down stairs and there was no one there so I grab my id because I had to be at work and the workers told me that I never handed My id in and to never come back again. Do your job sir and check the book.This isn't the first time I've had an situation with this work
