Very big apartment place. Small apartments, the person hiving us the tour didnt really have answers for a few of our questions. Way to expensive, fpr a senior, and not eorth the price!

Friendly, thorough and professional Assistant Property Manager. Clean facility. Nice features. I especially liked the grocery truck amenity. Impressive community room. Laundry on every floor. Those residents we had an opportunity to meet and talk with are congenial and like living at Parkway. Really good property!

You don't know how bad your current living condition is until you move somewhere nice. Ms, Chau (my intake rep) was empathetic with my desperate need of a nice, clean and secure place to stay. She followed up on every promise, phone call, expedited paper work and help me achieve my target move in date (by 1st week February or early March). The tour of the unit only further made me want to work harder to obtain a unit with the community of PARKWAY GARDENS APARTMENTS. The exterior of the building and inside was beautiful, clean and security at the entry door. The times I visited PARKWAY GARDENS and when I returned to my address, I could see how dingy, and unkempt the building that I was trying to move from was severely lacking in basic care; I could see the lack of attention from the management staff for basic considerations and respect for tenants was not achievable based on the promise they made to me before I moved in. I'm over the age of 60 and hope this is my last move. The grounds are beautiful and clean (as is the garage). Ms Chau made it happen for me, and is just a pleasant professional to review my confidential information and found away to make it work during these challenging stressful financial times in an economy where the cost of living is almost unattainable.

Please finally repair or replace washing machines on the 4th floor! One machine has been out of order for a couple of years! The two machines in the middle only run 2/3 of the cycle and yet we are charged full price! This has existed for over a year!

Today I appreciate living here. My apartment has working appliances, management is reasonable. There is AC in the hallways, the lobby and hallways are kept clean as possible. Most of the time it is quiet here. Am between 4 and 5 stars.
