High Desert Villas has been a nice place for me to live since 2021, especially since the new management and maintenance employees came here whom are friendly and especially diligent. This place is really being taken care of well and we residents are being treated very well here. I enjoy the pool and Jacuzzi plus I appreciate the well tended landscaping with pine trees here, it's like an oasis in the city. I like all my neighbors and it's very nice for residents to be able to have pets here . I highly recommended High Desert Villas for all seniors, including those whom have home nurses and caregivers who come here to assist them.

I appreciate the maintenance staff for being prompt and on time to correct my work order, so I wouldn’t have had an accident with the flooring. The gentleman that repaired the flooring, was very polite and respectful. Thank you, Kimberly Wynn

Im so Happy living here ,at the Hogh Desert Villas. My neighbors are the best. All of the office staff are very friendly. I had an issue with a kitchen drawer, by the next day it was handled .

My overall experience has been incredible. I appreciate the management team; they are fantastic, and kudos to them. I suggest that the whole apartment needs some upgrades, for instance, installing a new air conditioner because the ones we have now are deafening, and, if possible, installing a dishwasher. Thanks so much, and God bless your efforts in helping us feel at peace in the apartment.

I have always had excellent responses from the maintenance department. The staff is friendly and polite. The maintenance department is knowledgeable and I don't have any complaints about them . I do join several of my neighbors in complaints regarding the management team. We have received bills for very large sums of money, payable in three days. Many of us are feeling very stressed, not able to sleep. We don't know where to turn for help. I pray that this problem is resolved. I'm 76 years of age and I can't imagine if I am evicted. I don't think I have the energy to move again at my age. I enter this comment on 01/13/2026.

Lost my keys for my apartment. Within 30 minutes of talking to management my replacement keys were delivered to me. I honestly couldn't ask for any better.

I have no real person to person but, other people also the staff has no activity’s for the community and security is poor Karen asst manager is better equipped to be a manager also told that the company has a small budget for the things above and the rent keeps going up with nothing to show

Our experience with High Desert Villas has been positive. The complex needs a bit outside cleaning that has spiderwebs on the buildings and the landscape looks sad. Staff seemed stiff serious but now they have a young lady Lisa in the front that seems very welcoming.

These ladies very kind and understanding and helped me to be able to move into this place. They are usually closed on Saturday but they took the time out of their busy life to meet me on Saturday so that I would be able to move in. Which I appreciate it very much she looked very tired when they had many documents that Friday that had to be signed. It was clean and ready to move into got the keys. I was happy. That’s why I gave you a five. Thanks girls.

I just love our Maintenace guys here. They are truly amazing, very helpful and professional. They NEVER RUSH A JOB THEY take their time with your repairs to ensure that it is done right. Community looked very nice. I was able to do a walkthrough and the apartment was nice as well. A little smaller than an average apartment, but nice. The staff is kind, if you can get in touch with them. Unfortunately they don't call back in a timely manner. I feel like they avoid phone calls on purpose. When first reaching out to this property, everything was awesome, then about a week later is when I started to feel like I was getting the run around. Definitely a lot of wasted time trying to jump through hoops to get a relative to live here. Last but not least, getting your deposit returned to you will take a few months for some reason? Circling back to, I feel like they avoid phone calls on purpose. Super unfortunate.

The office is great with communication, the senior apt. complex is neat, orderly, quiet ,well maintained, ideal for the disabled or elderly. Nice grounds, pool, jacuzzi, clubhouse which will open when Covid is over. The shower has 3 safety handles and the bathroom has a heat lamp. Each apt. has a small patio and there is a laundry facility available. Everyone in the office is helpful, nice and patient with all, especially new residents. So thankful to live here and be a part of this community.

The property manager, Tammy, was extremely helpful in helping me find a place for my dad in such short notice. She was extremely accommodating and responsive. I always value outstanding customer service and am grateful Tammy helped us during this stressful process and made it seamless for us. Thank you for your service and it’s a relief to work with someone who is really good at their job and enjoys what they do.
