My mom lives in one of these apartments and they are beautiful and comfortable. It is also a great location. My mom has lots of friends and has become a social butterfly!

I've read the reviews of other clients. Not true. Alot of older people are just grumpy. If u don't like this place move. I've had nothing but good dealings with all the staff. Yes it's a old building. With alot of old people who like to complain. I am satisfied with my rent and all other areas.

I really enjoy it here. Great location for me as I love to walk to the local stores and restaurants and not have to drive, if I don't need to. If I have an issue, Karen has been wonderful at getting it resolved for me. Jorge and Jose do building maintenance and are excellent. Maria and anyone I missed on the office staff have also been very kind and helpful to me.

I paid $475 down but decided to remain where I was. A refund should be made, but is being ignored apparently...
