I have been here for a year now and am renewing my lease. I live on the third floor in a one bedroom. The building and the area are mostly pretty quiet, the other tenants are nice, and the apartment is spacious. The appliances are nice, and it is great to have a washer and dryer in the suite. The maintenance contractor is very kind and responsive and goes above and beyond to help out with issues. The management are also responsive and kind, and the building common areas are well maintained. I have heard about mice on the first and second floors but have never had an issue in my suite, and pest control has come a few times to treat the building. The parking lot stalls are pretty small, but I have been able to manage, and there is always street parking. These aren't luxurious apartments, but for the price, what you get is very reasonable, and I've been happy here.
