This is a quite, sweet community, the people you see everyday have been so helpful. The carpets in hall ways needs to be removed due to horrible stains plus all carpets removed from apartments as well for to pets allowed but that's been the only issue I've seen. The managers was prompt to fix issue and the maintenance man is a super nice guy and goes out of his way to help. He seems to really care about the place and the people. We have been happy here and thankfull to all whom have been so very kind to us!!

My mom resides here. She really loves it there. The lady in the office Ms. Danielle Keen is so kind and helpful. She has really gone above and beyond for my mom and other residents. Always helping them. I saw her carrying up groceries for a man the other day. That is sweet

Wonderful place, My mom is living there now and the process was amazing. Danielle was a big help with everything and could not have done it without her.

I've live here since 2024 last year and it's a nice place to live. My neighbors are nice and some do mind they own business. Only thing I would like for them to change is that we need a pool and a playground for our grandkids whenever they come to visit

We had another inspection this week and John checked to make sure everything was working properly. He is quick to respond to work orders and offers his service or replacement parts (air filters etc) when asked very promptly and professionally. Thank you Danielle and John for all that you do!

the best maintenance man ever!!! Manager is very flexible and helpful. Resolved a lot of ongoing issues when she first started. The apartments are very nice. I especially like the ping pong table as well as the huge property inside and out for walking. You can walk a half of a mile just circling around the property once! When it gets hot there are many community spaces inside to be able to get around in the AC

We have had nothing but the best with the new management she speaks and knows everyone she tries to go out of her way to help everyone -unless it’s something crazy going on her office doors always open to anyone yes she had a lot to deal with coming into a broken situation and poor maintenance but she goes out of her way to help the residents here she even comes in on nights and weekends she helps plan community events luncheon/ is here and still trying to fix a broken situation Crucial issues. Give her a break she’s doing the best she can for situations she was handed.

Great place to live. Feel safe and secure. Managers Nick and Danielle are making sure that all maintenance needs are taken care of in a timely manner. Place is getting renewed. Looking forward to continue living at Chatham Pointe for many years to come!

My mom lives here and has for the past 3 years. The place has great security and provides a really nice living atmosphere for the residents. There is a library and common areas including a kitchen. The rooms are very nice and we like knowing our mom lives here. The manager Betsy is very nice and attentive to the needs of all the people living there. My mom is happy and always comments how glad she is to have such a nice place to live.
