the best maintenance man ever!!! Manager is very flexible and helpful. Resolved a lot of ongoing issues when she first started. The apartments are very nice. I especially like the ping pong table as well as the huge property inside and out for walking. You can walk a half of a mile just circling around the property once! When it gets hot there are many community spaces inside to be able to get around in the AC

We have had nothing but the best with the new management she speaks and knows everyone she tries to go out of her way to help everyone -unless it's something crazy going on her office doors always open to anyone yes she had a lot to deal with coming into a broken situation and poor maintenance but she goes out of her way to help the residents here she even comes in on nights and weekends she helps plan community events luncheon/ is here and still trying to fix a broken situation Crucial issues. Give her a break she's doing the best she can for situations she was handed.

Best management we have dealt with in a very long time. Manager always meets you with a smile. Very helpful, and takes care of issues promptly. Very professional and you are always treated with respect.

Great place to live. Feel safe and secure. Managers Nick and Danielle are making sure that all maintenance needs are taken care of in a timely manner. Place is getting renewed. Looking forward to continue living at Chatham Pointe for many years to come!

My mom lives here and has for the past 3 years. The place has great security and provides a really nice living atmosphere for the residents. There is a library and common areas including a kitchen. The rooms are very nice and we like knowing our mom lives here. The manager Betsy is very nice and attentive to the needs of all the people living there. My mom is happy and always comments how glad she is to have such a nice place to live.
