Checks are never on time, the owners pays mind games with the staff & residents. None of their records are up to date. Refrigerator be low on food unless they knows the state is coming. They meds & narcs are always off count. Employees are rude & talk down on the residents when they in there rooms. Camera are there for nothing just for the owners views. They will change things In the computer to look great. These ppl barely have outings stuck in the house bored sleeping all day not completely they goals. The Employees don't try maybe cause they being paid bare minimum.

This place is so nice. Staff is wonderful the clients are well taken care of and are very happy. Our son is doing well thanks to the care he is receiving @ Heavenly Comfort. Also, the place looks and smells clean and the neighbor is kept up nicely.
