This is a great place! The Staff is wonderful! We watched them interact with their residents, they are loving and compassionate and treat them like family. Budget wise, I'm happy to pay, because of the quality of care. We checked out other places and there is NO Comparison!

This is the best place for my Dad! We checked out over half a dozen places and this one IS THE ONE! It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The staff was amazing. Talking with Lanae and Alyssa, put us at ease. They answered and addressed any concerns or reservations we might've had. They spent two hours with us! It was well worth it. We were able to observe some of the caregivers with the residents. If you want your family well taken care of and truly loved, bring them to Luna House!

My husband and I came to Luna House to take a tour. We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and very well the house is furnished. We talked with Alyssa and she thoroughly explained everything that we would need and they would provide, and helped put our minds at ease. We didn't feel rushed, the Staff was welcoming and we could see that there is a high level of care here. We are so happy and grateful to have Luna. We checked out other locations. You all made us feel heard and explained everything we had in question. I didn't mind the pricing also. This is my one and only Dad and he will receive the best care possible, they give us peace of mind. I can't do it alone, I work full time. They took the stress off of us and Dad was a happy camper. I am 77 years old and I brought my older brother Phillip to take a tour of Luna House. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very nice house, nice rooms. Every resident has their own room, spacious rooms with their own bathroom as well. This is the perfect set up for my brother. It is very cozy and inviting. It's like living in your own private home. I spoke with the staff and observed them as they helped other residents. The staff is loving and kind and treats them with dignity and respect. This is the perfect place for Phillip, and I will consider it for myself also, if and when the need should arise.

We couldn't have asked for a more compassionate and respectful team during this difficult time in our lives. We took a tour of Luna house and it felt like home to us right away. We met with Lanae Hetland and Alyssa Blakely. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt well informed and supported. Great staff, Luna house is very clean and We observed two of the caregivers with Mark, one of the residents in the livingroom, Kathy and Nikki were very loving, kind and attentive to him. This is exactly what we are looking for in the quality of care for our Mother. It's rare to find these qualities in any care facility, let alone, feeling secure right away upon first meeting. We found a home our Mother and there's no doubt! We can breathe now and a heavy weight has been lifted off our shoulders. Thank you Lanae and your Luna house staff.

I had a wonderful 3 day stay here between moves. The staff was warm and caring, knew my medications and my needs and made me feel special. The meals were scrumptious, home cooked delights not like another assisted living place I had lived in. The home itself is absolutely beautiful with cheerful colors and it feels homey and not like an institution. I loved that it only has 10 rooms and the staff/client ratio is appropriate for actual caring. I would definitely stay here again.

The desicion to transition a loved one to assisted living is often accompanied by a range of complex emotions. When my husband experienced significant physical limitations, I felt compelled to seek an appropriate assisted living facility. I am grateful for the assistance of our primary care physician, who facilitated our relocation to Luna Assisted Living. Upon touring the facility the first aspect that struck me was the delightful aroma of food being prepared, contributing to a warm and inviting atmosphere. My husband has resided at Luna for approximately one month. Upon arrival, we were uncertain about his longevity, as he spent much of his time sleeping. However, I am pleased to report that he is now awake and becoming stronger with each passing day. I would like to acknowledge the caregivers who have profoundly impacted both my husband and our family. The dedicated individuals include Tiffany, Felicia, Sierra E, Natasha, Sierra M, Gabby, Sandra, and Adrianne. The role of a caregiver, whether as a family member or a professional, undoubtedly presents significant emotional and physical challenges. These remarkable women exhibit an unwavering commitment to the residents, and I am truly impressed by their positive demeanor, especially given the toll that this work can take. Drawing from my 38 yrs experience in customer service, I understand that employee satisfaction directly correlates with the quality of care provided to clients. Alyssa, the facility manager, consistently makes herself available to address questions and assist with navigating the overall process. Our primary care physician Dr. Louise Ye, has been an invaluable souce of quidance, coordinating services such as Harrison Hope Hospice and connecting us with resources like Heather, the social worker,Vincent the chaplin, and the nursing staff Vonnet, Summer, Catherine, as well as Susan and Terry the hygiene specialist. The caregiver profession experiences high turnover rates due to the inherent stress and physical demands; however we are fortunate to have a highly skilled and compassionate team at Luna Assisted Living. Our expressions of gratitude may seem insufficient in comparison to the profound impact they have on our lives.

We were with her during the day hours and had no issue with her care because we were able to observe and assist, etc. I won't go into detail here, but a couple of situations made us very concerned she was not being monitored frequently at night (should be checked every hour) and, sadly, was not kept safe. it is my understanding that since that time some of the staff was replaced, so i do hope the issues have been resolved. Regardless, I suggest using a camera to monitor care. Also, when signing the contract, the lateness of the day did not allow us to thoroughly read the contract (which was ambiguous and contradictory anyway) so we went by what the staff member told us regarding refunds and fees. Read the contract carefully and don't rely on the statements of the staff.

Luna was a godsend for our family. The home has such a peacefulness about it. The grounds are beautiful and the staff is professional and compassionate. That goes a long way when your loved one is in transition. It takes a special type of person to ease the pain of the dying and Luna is filled with these types of people. I have worked at luNa for a short time, but I absolutely love working here the environment has been so peaceful and you get to have a lot of one on one with these resident which I have grown to love and hold dear to my heart. I adore the home like setting it truly feels like home. Over all the co-workers and new house manager/owner have truly made a huge impact. They're very communicative and always willing to come in and help. I would recommend LuNa to anyone who needs a place for mom, dad, or any family members.

Don't normally do this...but I met Lanae & Devon at Luna Hospice to tour the facility. What a beautiful place...The rooms are big and decorated very well...comfortable...warm. Definitely a place for loved ones. I was most impressed with both Lanae and Devon...they "cared" about the process and providing a safe place during this potentially difficult time for families...it is setup to come together and hopefully find peace.

I apologize ahead of time for this comment however, this place looks like a funeral home. I understand it's hospice , but please all you need are pre-selected coffins as the patients beds and there your set . Bring some happiness in there.
