I am a resident of Connect 55. I must say in the last six months. This place has turn 180. New management they finally have a manager in here. Who knows what they're doing and how to get it done. There are things being done every week and you can see the results within the apartment complex The community Director Todd is great too, and Cathy the manager of the complex is A1 She knows what she is doing and getting things done... I couldn't have written this two years ago or even one year ago but I'm glad I didn't move out because this is the place to live. Come in and see for yourself. I have been here two years and I'm so glad I stayed. Fran G

I got here a week ago. The resident seemed to be very helpful. Todd is also very helpful. When I first toured the place, I was given a sales pitch by one who claimed to be marketing the place. Kathy was still here as the manager. However, when we signed the lease, they had to pull in someone from another location to facilitate that signing.they have no manager now. I am visually impaired. I asked when I looked at the place whether or not my thermostat would be accessible. As it turned out, what they told me when I looked at the place was wrong. They showed me a different apartment I wound up in. They baited me and switched me. I asked about my thermostat being made accessible to me. It is now the end of the week. I still can't use my thermostat accessibly. Yes, the residents are nice. Todd is helpful. However, no management doesn't get it. Unless they can keep a manager or keep some staff member here during the week, taking care of these kinds of things rather than only checking voicemails, I would not recommend this place. I feel stuck here.

My dad has lived here for the past year and has had a wonderful experience. Clean facility, nice rooms, great staff, and an enjoyable (and peaceful) community to live in. The management is available and attentive to the needs of the residents. They also have great social events. Would highly recommend!

Great place to live. Friendly people. Newest update... 12/28/2023 Connect 55 has finally found a great staff!! New management has made a commitment to making things better. Also love the new activities coordinator (Todd). Todd actually takes time to really engage with the residents and their families during activities! It is so refreshing to see a team that really cares and listens to their residents! Great job! 5 stars is earned, in my opinion.

We have been here 1 1/2yr. We've had lots of personnel changes but very best was when Todd and kathy came on board. Todd keeps us healthy and active with lots of activities and Kathy is busy making sure the building is updated and any repairs are completed in a timely manner.

I have lived here for over four years. My experience for the first three of my time could only be described as sub par. Recently a new manager after a long line of rotating managers has taken the control of the complex back from the entitled. Thanks Kathy.
