I recently spent twelve days at The Laurels for skilled nursing and rehab. I found the staff to be professional, attentive and accommodating. The administrative staff worked to implement my care plan. Each area representative evaluated me and discussed my goals to determine how they could best meet my needs. The nursing staff was attentive and professional and made sure I was receiving my IVs and oral medications on schedule. The CNA's were some of the hardest working people I have observed. The patient requests were usually more than they could address at once, but they did their best to get to each one in as timely as possible. Each staff member did their best to meet my needs. I was always treated with dignity and respect. I needed assistance with regaining my strength, reestablishing my balance and rebuilding my independent walking skills. The physical therapists and occupational therapists developed a plan to help me achieve my goals and worked with me daily to rebuild me to the point where I could go home and resume my daily activities. Their efforts were successful, as I have been able to return to work. Overall, I cannot imagine having a more positive experience. I feel that the staff is excellent and appreciate the care that each one provided. It's reassuring to know that there are good facilities in our community for persons who need that level of care.

Very nice and attentive staff. My elderly friend felt very comfortable there. They set the expectations from the get-go and lived up to those expectations. The food was very good according to my friend and I watched her wolf it down which is unusual for her to eat so much.

The staff are absolutely fantastic people who really care about the wellbeing of their patients. They really do treat them like family. The hallways are clean and the building always smells good. Would recommend to anyone looking for short term rehab or long term care.

I was there for 6 weeks in rehab, the food was good the PT and OT staff was great, the nurses were very good, the cna staff was great. Overall my stay was great and I would gladly return if needed!

My dog Dudley and I are a therapy team that visits The Laurels of Hendersonville. The facility is so well kept and the employees always have smiles on their faces and go out of their way to make us feel welcome! It is a true pleasure to visit Having visited many facilities over the years, this is truly one of the nicest and most professional we've been to. Kudos to a great team!!

From the moment we first walked through the door, It felt like home. I can not say enough about the staff at The Laurels. They took caring to another level. They were proffesional, loving and patient with mom, and kind to me. The P.T. staff were truely amazing. If I were looking for a place for my loved ones, The laurels would be my first choice. I can not thank them enough.

Everything was pretty good until discharge. I was supposed to be sent home with Hone Health nursing, wound care and therapy. The whole process fell apart and I spent two hours with insurance , multiple home health agencies to basically get back to discharge at least two days late. I was extremely disappointed in the whole process. again no one from any agency has ever contacted me. so I had to dig for myself.

This is a great facility! My first impression was how clean the facility was and remained the entire week I was there! The staff is overly helpful and extremely nice! Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Our experience with the Laurels of Hendersonville was nothing less than remarkable. My 86 year old mom, was in the Laurels for rehabilitation and her experience was delightful. The PT and OT stall worked very well with her, they made her feel good and pushed her in the most delicate ways to get her strong again. The entire facility staff was very friendly and curious, the nurses and techs made us feel like they cared for mom. I would highly recommend theLaurels of Hendersonville for Rehab or Assisted Living.
