Don't have them wash your clothes your clothes will come up missing. On the last day they were mysteriously appeared after a month and a half of being gone. Some of the nurses are okay Harrie, Irish and Candice CNA. Some of them have an ego problem... They don't like it when you tell them what you want or what to do. Then they want to distribute the pain pills when it's their convenience and then make a big deal about getting your pain pills. I had one nurse asked my mom if she took pain pills at home which she doesn't. It's none of her business what my mom is taking at home. Stick to your duties that are here at the nursing home and give the elderly people their medication when they need it. Not for you to decide and have control over it. And anyone that has an elderly person put into this nursing home make sure you're an advocate for them. Because they will walk all over them. I've had nurses, I've had cna roll their eyes at me and I do not care.DO YOUR JOB WITH GRATITUDE.

This use to be a wonderful place for your loved ones. The nurses still do an outstanding job. It's the new management that has screwed up everything especially in the apartment area next to Skyline! They have taken away all the perks these older people loved and enjoyed. He is firing people left and right and there is little no maintenance being done. I think Stellar needs to open their eyes and see exactly what is going on! Seems they just want someone in charge of cutting costs and not the residents.
January 2024
A family member passed away at Skyline Ridge and her wedding rings went missing. It turns out they were misplaced by the mortuary but management at the nursing home, with a few exceptions, was more concerned about covering for themselves than being compassionate to a grieving family. When we discovered they were missing we notified them right away but there was no urgency on the part of management to investigate. No one took it seriously until I went to the facility in person. Her other possessions were left in an unsecured hallway until we picked them up. The nurses we dealt with were mostly amazing and very caring but this place is disorganized and management was slow to address issues. I also noticed that almost all the reviews are from employees and written in the last two months which makes me think management is incentivizing employees to write reviews which is unethical. The director called me and asked me to change my negative review. I did so because I initially wrote it before the rings were located and I needed to update it to reflect that they were not lost by the nursing home (however the nursing home could have handled things differently) but then they also called my aunt to ask if she could get me to change my review which is bordering on harassment. They clearly don't want my review to affect their possibly fabricated rating.
