The Staff at Pine Ridge is Great! The facility is top notch. The residents seem very pleased. I visit my neighbor there on a regular basis and I am always impressed by their attentiveness, cleanliness and great attitudes throughout. 5 stars all day long!

I stopped by to see my Mom. She was well dressed, neat and clean, and eating her dinner. My mom seemed comfortable and relaxed. I thank the great staff at Pine Ridge for helping my Mom thru this latter stage of her life.

Crazy understaffed today. Was trying to get some assistance with my Mom. I received a less than favorable response from a CNA. Your Administrator was running up and down the hallway doing what she could You need to give her the tools and staff to be successful instead of the revolving door that has existed.

I cannot express my gratitude enough to the staff at Pine Ridge for the care, love and sincere concern for my well being during rehab. As a retired nurse, I can be very critical regarding facilities and the staff. Not here! Tanya the physical therapist was outstanding in her knowledge and application. Patricia, OT was so kind and helpful not only in practical applications of ADLs but a wonderful shoulder to have a tearful breakdown on. Just learning I had cancer and surgery then facing chemo is a hard pill for me to swallow, after all I'm supposed to be on the other side of the pill cart. Lol. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to ALL the staff at Pine Ridge! You will all be in my thoughts and prayers for years to come. May God Bless all of you richly.

We are grateful that Pine Ridge Extended Care is in Pagosa Springs. My dad, Jack, needed rehabilitation after being in the hospital. The staff at Pine Ridge is excellent! We so appreciate the housekeeping, kitchen, and nursing staff, clear up to the administrator. Everyone was wonderful. We want to especially thank Savvy the social worker, Nurses Mary and Kim, CNA's Ray and Virginia, Bobbie the housekeeper, OT Haley, and PT Kristy. Every single staff member was so helpful and kind. Thank you all so much, we are thrilled to have my dad back home again.
