They stole our money and didn't do much other than provide a bed! My brother in law was staying there. Not only was he barely cared for. They said there was an anytime menu but refused to make a grilled cheese. He was supposed to get physical therapy, but they didn't set it up. Then, when he left, we only authorized a single payment. Not only that, the bill that was due was paid by check a week in advance. But, they illegally charged our card and have done nothing in over a month. Multiple calls have been made every week, and have never gotten a call back. So the care was not what it should have been, and then they stole our money. Update they did finally refund the charge. But only after months of us repeatedly calling them. The only person in the whole place that could help us was always "out" but then would never return a call when she got "in". Even the check that had to come from corporate sat on her desk for about two weeks without being mailed to us.

Not often does a skilled nursing facility pass survey with ZERO deficiencies! I'm so pleased to be able to refer my patients to such a warm, attentive and on point team! I was visiting family here and was very impressed with the cleanliness and upkeep of the building. I was able to meet with their DON Mrs Richmond who was very polite and professional. She made sure my loved one was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. My loved one is there for therapy and everyone in therapy was professional and polite as well.
