I have enjoyed my experience here at Colonial all of the staff have been positive, encouraging and compassionate Katie the activity director kept me occupied daily with varies activities. Ramona the RN is especially attentive and she as well as Geneva take the time to explain and educate me about my meds as do Chris and Jason. Sway and Jasmine in physical therapy have helped us tremendously. It's such a relief when you find a professional who can handle both the complex logistics of a transition and the emotional weight that comes with it. Janielle Johnson , Social Service Director did just that. Janielle was able to manage a multi- family transition into this facility. This is a rare and valuable skill. She made an impossible situation manageable. Janielle brought a level of humanity and empathy to this process which could have been both technical and exhausting a skill rarely seen. Jakwanna Socialworker, answered all of our questions surrounding skilled care. Because of her oversight the move in day was smooth, and the continuity of care was established immediately. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing short term or long term care. The CNA's are very helpful and compassionate as well. And hard working! Those girls are always moving! I'm blessed to have had the pleasure in meeting everyone here and being a patient here.

Highly recommend Cololial Nursing! From their nursing staff to the activities director they do not disappoint! If your worried your special loved one may feel lonely or bored..think again. Katie always has something up her sleeve with different activities to keep the residents entertained! It's so sweet watching all the videos of the residents looking like they are truly enjoying their time there! I love hearing all the stories about the different themes and shows that have been put on!!

Recently discovered this wonderful building on TikTok and I wanted to say how great you all are for letting these residents still feel young again. You have such great staff you can tell so much just from the videos! This is sooo hard to find in long term care. Genuine love & the want to help!

The place itself is a dump, but the OT/PT team (Sway and Jasmine) are incredible! My mom gained so much strength and mobility with them, and they were so loving and compassionate. Jay (RN) and Michelle and Diane (CNAs) are also incredible human beings. As people change jobs often in this day and age, ask if these awesome people are still here!

My name is LuAnn Thomas and my mother, Kay has been a resident at Colonial since February, 2020. I don't know where to start. I want the whole world to know that the care she receives is the greatest! It started with the welcoming of Shirley, and has just continued with the nurses and staff. Michelle and Paige have been outstanding to my Mother. There are just not enough words to express my/our appreciation. My Mother's life has been enriched due to workers at Colonial. This year has been so terrible and hard for everyone.But because we can not get in to hug and kiss and be with Mother, this has been just like a bad dream up can't wake up from. Because of so many caring, loving and kind people at Colonial, we have felt confident our Mother is being well cared for. The staff of Colonial are truly a family, and they treat the residents and their families in the same way. I have never seen a facility where all the staff join in and help the residents with their needs. That includes all administrative positions. It just does not get any better than that. Thank you to everyone at Colonial.
