The caregiver team is a great group of people who are very professional. There are quite a few activities for the residents as well. They are very helpful to the visiting family members. They also give instruction to family members on how to take care of special physical needs. However, they do allow some patients to set up residence in the corridor instead of in their room. One resident eats and sleeps outside Rm29. They are loud and use abusive language at all hours, waking up sleeping residents.

Canyon Springs has good Social Workers. Patients can be challenging but they never failed to accommodate each patients and family members. They even go through an extra mile to help patients that are in need. Kudos to their team!

After reaearching the right place to take my grandma, I can say with confidence this has been the most genuine and welcoming place I have been to. The staff actually treated my grandma with care and made her feel comfortable. It's hard to get that confidence of letting someone treat someone so near and dear to you but, the workers here left a lasting impression, that I will not forget anytime soon.

My husband works there, and our daughter stayed there for happy hour and was amazed at what Canyons Springs does for their residents. Canyon brought in a musician for happy hour, and everyone got to sing along together while drinking their beverage of choice and eating appetizers!

Canyon Springs will always be close to my heart and our family because they helped my mother heal and be well again. My mother had sepsis due to an infection that was almost fatal. She needs rehabilitation after in order for her to get better so she can go back to her normal life. The staff was attentive, caring and good in what they do. My mother got well and still active and happy at 90 years old.
