My sister was a patient at this facility, and I must say that she was under the best care. Social Workers Rosemarie Sarasua and Jaclyn Ryan were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, very professional during my sister's stay through her comfort care, and kept my family and myself updated on my her status. Also, the Nursing Department provided the best medical care through her transition. I highly recommend Bronx Park Rehabilitation Nursing Center for anyone who seeks the best care for their love ones. You guys rock.

Director of Social Work, Jackie is TRULY AMAZING!. She is extremely intelligent and knowledgeable at her profession. Extremely a beautiful, professional person. I have a family friend that was at this place from a group home and I have to say it is one of the best around. Jackie is truly a GEM. She knows all of her residents and is always there to assist. She is the driving force to anything you need. Thank you to such an amazing team.

My brother was a resident here for years, and during that time, the staff was very helpful in keeping me informed of my borther's health and well being. I live on the West Coast so was unable to physically come in or visit with my brother. The staff would call me with updates, any hospital admissions, and on going care. Unfortunately my brother passed away, and I was notified immediately upon his passing. I can not thank the entire staff and Care Manager for their and compassion for my brother. You all made this transition a positive moment. Thank you all

It's so important to do your research when looking for the best facility for your love ones. My sister and I selected Bronx Park after reviewing all the Google reviews. The staff here was truly amazing. Jaclyn (Director of Social Services) and LInda (Nurse Supervisor) were outstanding. They always kept me informed and provided us with comprehensive updates. Both of these ladies were always available when I would call or visit the facility and I am forever grateful. My grandmother would refer to Jaclyn as her "Brooklyn girl" and she would say "there's no place like Brooklyn". Grace and Beatrice went above and beyond to care for my 97 year old grandmother who transition to heaven on May 24. Both nurses were very patient and loving. They loved her as if she was their grandmother. Making sure she ate,took her medicine and cleaned daily. Adel (Director of Nursing) also is to be commended for her professionalism and outstanding staff. I highly recommend Bronx Park Rehabilitation to all families.

Bronx park has been a home for my brother for over 20 years. I have come to feel very comfortable and see this home as his second family.The entire staff beginning with the receptionist as soon as I walk through the door are welcoming and cheerful. The staff is very involved with my brothers care and constantly informs me of anything that happens to him. They call me constantly and update me on his progress. They are open to questions and respond promptly when I have a request. LThey take him to his appts outside of the facility. They always have some activity going on for the residents. They celebrate their birthdays and make them feel special. Naturally when my mother fell ill and needed a nursing facility we chose Bronx Park. She has been there for a short time but is already getting the care and attention that she needs. She is bed bound so she needs more care than my brother but I have no doubt that they will too take excellent care of her. Thank you to each and every person who is involved in the care of my two loved ones.

It is very important that you choose the right care for your loved one. After transferring my aunt from another nursing home facility (due to unsatisfactory care), within just a few weeks I saw a great improvement at Bronx Park Rehab. Her mood and behavior improved dramatically and she was well groomed. It's very easy to get in touch with staff, the overall vibes is very positive. I would recommend Bronx Park Rehab to anyone who is incapable of providing in home care for a family member. I am very pleased.

Jackie the dir of SW is amazing, she was a huge help during a discharge, very seasoned, energetic and caring, and coordinated every detail to a "t". Rega from their business office is a pro too, helpful and knowledgeable. The rehab staff member I spoke with was also clearly on top of a detail that needed attention. This is a facility where the administration recognizes the value of staff who are invested in making the experience work for everyone involved-patients and their families.

Ms Lawrence & Ms Vance our mother and grandmother are being taken great care of at this facility. My mother has dementia which hasn't progressed thanks to help of the great staff. Steven Freideld and Alex Goldberg are one of administrators in New York City. Michelle Ortega the director of activities and Jackie the director of social service works well with all the patients. Zymond Corotan is a great supervisor. Steven Burt, Edna Blanco, Kim Smith, Yaniquz Henry and Ethan Lewis are all great workers. I would fully recommend anybody taken care of h

My sister and I wanted to provide a glowing review to the staff at Bronx Park Rehab. We selected Bronx Park Rehab after reviewing other Google Reviews. We did not have previous knowledge or experience in this area. Our father arrived to Bronx Park Rehab in late December 2023 for rehab after a hospital stay. Everyone was so kind and caring to our father and the whole family. This meant so much to us. Unfortunately, my father arrived at the rehab unresponsive which meant he unexpectedly needed end of life care (the change in his medical status was not at all related to the care provided by Bronx Rehab). The staff at Bronx Park provided a seamless transition and support to end of life care, that put us at ease. The staff were incredibly professional and provided us with comprehensive updates. We could not have envisioned a better, more peaceful outcome. I would highly recommend Bronx Rehab to others in need of rehab or nursing support.

I work for a Home Care agency, and deal with many Nursing Home personnel. I must say, that I have never met someone like Jaclyn Ryan, before!! Jackie, is exceptionally nice!! The Staff were Amazing!!! Everyone from Admissions, Finance, Social Worker, Therapists, Nurses and Aides were efficient and caring. My ex-husband was there short term for rehab and the Therapists did an amazing job to get him back to be able to swallow whole food and to walk without bending and shuffling. He was back to his own self of 6 months ago.
