This place is one of the best around. It was not easy choosing a place but Jaclyn, social service directive was extraordinary. She explained the whole process of my relatives stay. She is passionate, warm hearted and truly pleasant. I see her go above and beyond for my relative as well as other relatives and patients at the facility. She always gets back to you and responds attentively to emails that are sent even if it’s 1 am in the morning!! She reassured my family and I throughout this process. I am currently a patient at this facility for rehab. I have to say this place is THE BEST!!! rehab, nursing and the cnas are all attentive and respond to all needs and to the call bells right away as best as they can. The Director Jaclyn Ryan is a very nice person. Always helping me with any needs I have. Jaclyn Ryan is surely the sweetest person. If you need a rehab place look no where else. My experience with ADELLE BUSANTE DIRECTOR of NURSING at Bronx Park Nursing Home has been Amazing she is such a professional compassionate, caring human being. If there’s any issues you addressed to her, you can rest for sure that she will make sure to take care of whatever the situation is. I am very pleased and confidence that I can call her at any given time like I’ve done in the past & if there is an urgency & you need to speak to her she’s always available via Phone, via text after hours. It was a wonderful time there the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed my time being there I really did enjoy my conversation the director Ms.jackie Henry. My mom has been at nursing home since January of 2025 and we have seen tremendous improvement. She has gained weight as she was admitted underweight and with lots of health issues. They have taken excellent care of her and we are very grateful! The staff is super busy at all times but maintain a very professional and caring attitude.

When I came in here I was a helpless person and ms rose the social worker came to my room and gave me confidence when I was at my lowest point of my life in March now it's August and I feel 65% way better than what I came in here with thanks to all the staff especially ms Jackie Ryan for believing in me and helping me out through my darkest times

The Staff have been Incredible and the facility is clean and well kept. The Physiotherapy is going great! Physiotherapists Ms Salvie and Ms Jessica and Cirio have worked with me., 6 days a week!! Jackie, The Director of Social Work has been very supportive and help me with all issues that I had to deal with before and after I came into the nursing facility . Nursing staff under Ms. Linda supervision have been very patient and help me with my daily activities. Maintenance is also available around the clock. It is a comfortable setting and they take care of every resident without delay. They are all very patient with all the residents. Ms Salvie and Ms Jessica and Cirio have been very attentive to me, kindly, guiding me through my daily exercises! I would 100% recommend this facility for those who need rehabilitation and nursing services, even if you have to wait a couple of days for them to find a bed for you. Thank you all !

I want to express how wonderful and caring all the staff are at Bronx Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. I want to say how particularly moved I am for the occupational and physical therapist to bring my sister, who has lost so much of her memory and physical abilities, to the piano in the recreation room! My sister was a song writer and pianist. The therapist is so creative and thoughtful to bring her to the piano! It brings my sister alive! Waking up her memory - in her hands, in her spirit and her desire to share socially. Thank you so much!

I’m a resident at Bronx park for almost two years so who can tell you better than me when I first came here I started on the 2nd floor I was truly in bad shape I had to rely on oxygen I had feeding tubes and pain all over my body the whole team on the second floor aid me back then it was time to move on to the 5th floor for me they are really amazing staff Mrs Wallace is the best Bronx park has an extraordinary rehab facility everybody works really well. They take their time with you. I’ve seen people come in so badly and seen them leave walking going back home Bronx Park they do not disappoint if you ever think of putting a loved one in Care Bronx Parki s definitely a reliable caring facility for your loved one. I am grateful to them. My family is grateful to them. I came to them after being in another facility and my son overheard someone talking about Bronx Park so he decided to put me here for Care and like I said they definitely did not disappoint.

Bronx Park is an excellent Rehabilitation Center. My mother spent 8 months in there, and all of the nurses and receptionist were great to her.
