My mom has been here for several weeks due to recovering from a surgery. The first couple weeks were horrible due to a lack of response from the staff. We had several meetings with the management and they committed to improving their response to requests, but it didn't immediately improve. What I realized is if the patient is invalid and totally dependent on the staff, they are not staffed to provide the needed attention. Once the patient becomes mobile and can do most activities on their own, then the service improves because they are not needed on a regular basis. From my observation, I estimate there are 1-2 nurses per wing (26 rooms), which is not enough.

We were sharing my aunts 85th birthday. Staff was very accommodating to get us the family room. (We forgot to reserve it) went out of their way for us.

I don't like the therapy they giving, him what they doing to him he can have that at home,I understand that he is 91 i think they can work with strength hi legs and his balance and walking up the stairs, because what the therapy is doing is not enough, because he does walking with the walker everyday rooms to rooms plus the stairs and plus down the basement steps.

Since my mother has been in this facility I can't express how pleased we are with the staff, the physical therapy has been amazing her strength has improved so much since working with the staff, the nurses and assistants have also been amazing they are very attentive and supportive. I appreciate knowing I can go home and trust that my mother is being well taken care of thank you

My best friend was transferred there yesterday. She called me and wanted to be transferred somewhere else. I went first thing this morning the Director personally listened to all concerns and immediately addressed all problems.

This place isn't caring they let the resident lay in pain till someone ask why they haven't had their pain meds. My friend said the be taking her snacks when she's not in her room.
