I can say honestly, that there was nowhere else I wanted to have my father sent because of their OrthoWins specialty program for ortho patients. The therapy team is so friendly and incredibly helpful. He’s an old-fashioned man and usually questions everything. After a total knee replacement, it was important to our family that our father got a good therapy team, even if it was just for a week before he could go home-safer than when he was about to leave the hospital. And as a non-english speaking man, the whole team did well respecting his wishes of involving me in every step of his recovery. He was incredibly receptive to Kathleen, an amazing member of the rehab team. Daily he would rave and compliment how supportive and communicative she was to him. 10/10 get your ortho rehab here.

I have had nothing but a great experience with the people that i've come in contact with dee the activities director is very good. The head nurse is also very good, very helpful. The maintenance people have always.Help me if I needed any questions. I personally have had very good experience with everyone. I've come in contact with. I'd like to personally thank all of the people that work there. I don't know how you do the job you do. It's very taxing, and thankless, i'm sure, so i'm thanking you.

My mother in law has been at Blueberry hill for a few weeks. Every staff member we have meet is fabulous. They really care about their residents. My mother in law is turning 100 next week and the activity director Dee DAmelio is planning a big birthday party for her . She is pulling out all of the stops. My mother in law is going to be over the moon when she sees all the decorations and the beautiful cake they are having for her. We highly recommend blueberry hill.

I was very concerned about the amount of and quality of PT that Mark needed. He’s been in hospitals and rehabs since January 2025 and has had many set backs after extensive spinal surgery. He desperately wants to get home with a walker. I sat in on a PT session with Mark today and was extremely happy to see how he’s improved and how the therapists were working with him. It’s just what he needs and I was worried it would be sub par. I was relieved and impressed with the amt of attention and care the PTs ( I wish I could remember their names) gave him. And Mark is happy too! We are relieved and grateful!

I cannot say enough good things about Jodi in Admissions, and the process at Blueberry Hill. She worked so hard to help get my brother transferred into a great facility. We got there today and were greeted by a warm and welcoming team of professional healthcare workers ready and willing to take him in and worked with him to create a personalized treatment plan. I am so grateful to the staff at this facility for their dedication and commitment to their patients.

Update, 6/19/2021 I have emailed with the director, and she was incredibly professional and helpful. My cousin got to talk to her sister. I am grateful for the response. Thank you! Three stars Update, 6/17/2024 I have responded to the email in the review and am looking forward to an open and honest discussion. I am adding an additional star. A company willing to work towards a better outcome should always be given the benefit of discussion. 6/14/2024 Update: I finally spoke to a very nice person who transferred me to another number. However, no one picked up after 14 rings. 6/14/2024 Original Post: I am looking for my cousin and after being told that she was here, I called this facility. I spoke with someone who did not seem to speak English very well. Without any explanation, she hung up on me. I've called back twice and have been hung up on twice. This is very unprofessional. I've contacted our attorney for advice. I have also sent a message to the contact email.

I came to Blueberry Hill a new amputee with no reservations. My condition was new and my future was unknown to my own self. I've always felt as though perseverance and repetition can build and in return give you the tools you need in order to get through anything. The challenges of building your mental and physical health to return to as close to a normal life as you can after a surgery can sometimes be daunting. After week one with the Physical and occupational therapy team at blueberry hill went by, I knew I was in the right place to recover . Any and all challenges to keep moving forward were soon quelled by this wonderful and kind staff . I knew this would be a hard job,but I was reassured daily by this staff that if I just took the direction given and showed up everyday I'd find success. They were right. This staff is more than just a PT/OT team. They care, they are personable, they are sure to approach every patient in a way that focuses on the individuals needs and strengths and brings them to the forefront with patience and care. They reassure that the ultimate goals for the individual in their care are completely obtainable. With very clear instructions and hands on care, their experience and dedication to helping myself recover physically and mentally from the surgery was was something special. My confidence was not only restored on a daly basis but also my over all body strength came to the front of the line. The time I spent at blueberry hill I'll never forget. For without this Team of fantastic human beings I would not be standing on my own where I am today. My gratitude and thanks to this team, I'll carry with me me for life. What they gave me is priceless. Khristin, Kathleen, Jonathan, and Rick are a gift to this facility and all of their patients. If you or your loved ones want to recover to the closest and best version of yourself that you possibly can after after an injury or surgery, please consider Blueberry Hill Rebabilitation. On a personal note, I'd like to thank the PT/OT team for everything they gave me to come back to health. Also I'd like to thank the medical staff for being there everyday, and to everyone in the facility for all of your help and dedication to your work.

Blueberry Hill's saving grace is their Physical Therapy group Kristen, Rick, Katherine and Jonathan. My Uncle had a nearly 3 month stay early February to third week in AprilI (I am stating time line to be fair to newly hired medical staff that was showing vast improvement in that area as my Uncle was leaving). During Paul 's stay the only redeeming group at the Rehab Center was physical therapy. My Uncle was difficult on his best day and became impossible, but they treated him with respect and dignity even when he did deserve it. They showed up for my Uncle when he stopped showing up for himself. To be fair to my Uncle, he had some medical set backs that I do not believe would have happened under the new staff but that remains to be seen. I can not rate Blueberry Hill high over all during my Uncle's stay but I will rate the Physical Therapy group 5 star, top notch. I also want to thank them as well as apologize for what we put them through. It has not been an easy transition back home and his belief that his legs don't work continues. So far they have sent 2 different in home PTs to his house and neither has been able to work the hoyer lift or teach us much of anything to assist us in helping Paul be more comfortable or participatory in his self care or feeling better. Paul always told me that he liked each and everyone of you and all I hear about the in home people is "lousy and incompetent ". I highly recommend Blueberry Hill for anyone needing good Physical Therapy to get back on their feet and back home. I dare say the medical group in the last 10 days or so made vast improvements but I am not sure it forgives the fact that it was the lack of qualified medical staff that sent my Uncle into a spiral that sent him home in much worse shape than when he came in. I will finish by saying, there were many regular staff people who were always friendly and likable but we can't answer a person's question with what we think they want to hear, or something to appease for the moment and expect that person to continue believing you.

My mom was placed in the dementia unit at Blueberry Hill in August 2023. Having zero experience with nursing homes, I was very nervous about her placement there and the level of care that she would need. In the coming weeks, I quickly realized that Blueberry Hill was a special place. Each time I went to visit my mom she was clean, dressed in clean clothes and seemed overall very happy there. The facility itself was always clean and the staff was always kind, supportive and helpful. One of the standout features of Blueberry Hill is its commitment to providing activities that stimulate and engage residents. Whether it's arts and crafts, music therapy, or gentle exercises, there's always something to keep the mind and body active. Another notable aspect is the presence of a hair salon within the facility. This might seem like a small detail, but it added a touch of normalcy and self-care for my mom. Blueberry Hill is more than just a nursing home; it's a place where residents are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones, especially those with specialized needs like dementia care.

I was admitted to this Rehabilitation Hospital for a Brain Injury a week ago. I needed Physical and Occupational Therapy in order to learn to walk again The Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy staff Kristen, Johnathan, Kathleen and Rick command applause and should be recognized for the professionalism, skills, empathy and first rate care that they provided for me. Without them, I would not have progressed from a wheelchair to a walker and today walking (while tethered for safety) without my walker. They were informative and always have given me the answers to my questions about my Therapy as well as my progress amd what I should be doing differently to enhance my recovery from this injury and the added humor and occasion sarcasnm was much appreciated. Dee and the entire Recreational staff were outstanding with the activities that they offered me and conversations in general that helped me with piece of mind. The Nursing, Drs, CNA's, Case Workers, Dieticians and Administrative Staff were also great during my Rehabilitation at this facility.

When your family member goes to this place for rehab, make it 100% clear to them numerous times, that it is a temporary situation and not permanent or else they will claim the social security/disability check. It is taken months with lots of paperwork, visits to SS and phone calls to have it reissued back to the family and it’s still not settled.

My Mom had a recent stay at Blueberry Hill. Having read good and bad reviews, I was understandably a bit concerned. Thankfully there were no issues. I was impressed with how the staff worked with my Mom and myself to insure her comfort and safety. Walter was very helpful and patient in getting Mom settled in - a big thank you Walter! The other assistants / employees seemed to genuinely care for the residents and I saw nothing that caused me concern. The place was clean and well maintained. The front desk and business office staff, Tricia and Jackie, were very helpful and considerate.

My aunt was at this facility not too long ago and it was nothing short of amazing. The activity team was so kind and made her so happy.
