Would like to thank the Nurses, Techs, and Rehab Staff for taking care of my dad for nearly 30 days after him falling. The facility is clean and never had bad smells. Only had a couple Techs that wasn't up to standard, but overall a great job.

My Mom is a recent transfer from another care home and we are so thankful for tge excellent care she is receiving. She is content and feeling comfortable. The staff is kind and well equipped. The food is very pleasing to her palate....and consistently served warm.

My Dad lived by himself until he had multiple strokes at 92 yrs. He was lucky enough to be able no go to White House for his care! They are amazing!! The staff is professional, caring, knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure the patients are comfortable and the families feel at home. They have an excellent therapy department, daily activities, musical programs, dances (wheelchair accessible), even family holiday meals! The facility is always immaculate, well decorated, and comfortable. I have worked in a nursing home and know how rare someplace like White House is! God blessed us and especially our Dad!! Thank you to each and every one of them.

Absolutely amazing facility!!Staff goes above and beyond expectations and care! After being in healthcare 25 years I can honestly say this place exceeds any and all SNF in Tennessee. The Administrator is awesome!Cares about her employees and the food, linen, care givers and nurses are especially loving and go above and beyond. I've never seen such a loving place since Quality Care was owned by the late Dixie Taylor HuffI would be a patient here or trust them with my loved ones. Great job

My mom has recently moved in for long term care. As a nurse I am very picky about her care We are so happy with all the care she is receiving. She is so happy and tells me daily how amazing all the staff is. Her only complaint is the fact she feels like she will gain too much weight because the food is so good. Friends and family have visited and always comment on the staff and how clean the facility is. We truly feel like the facility and staff are true blessings. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I'm so glad I was sent here for my rehab after my time in the hospital. The entire staff is exceptional. They are kind and helpful. The facility is very clean. Each person on staff works hard to make your stay as pleasant as possible. If I ever need these services again, I would certainly go to White Hous

My mother spent a couple of weeks here after multiple health issues and surgery prevented her from going home from the hospital. I want to let everyone know that the staff, administration, kitchen staff, and anyone else I might be forgetting were unbelievable. No one wishes for their loved ones to be in need of a place like this but it's heartening to know that White House Healthcare exists. My mom actually teared up when we were telling the folks good bye.

This facility is by far the cleanest and most well kept facility I have ever been in. Everyone walks around smiling and always happy to answer questions or give directions. The food is great. All of the patients look happy and well taken care of. I would reccomend this facility to anyone with family in need of long term care or rehabilitation!

My mother was very well taken care of here. All of her needs were met beyond expectation. This was a very clean facility. The food was also spectacular. Overall, my mother and I have no complaints. Would recommend this facility again.

I have never before seen a place of business treat their employees and patients as badly as this Health Care Center. I have visited several times to see some family members whom are staying here, and what I have seen from the administration is highly disturbing. It seems to me that the higher position you hold, the less you do for the patients. If you have family members who need this type of care, I do not recommend this facility.
