Very happy to have chosen this facility for my physical rehab. PHYSICAL THERAPY: The physical therapy team is first class. They were caring, supportive, and very professional. They provided MORE than the required 60 minutes of physical and occupational daily therapy and helped me recover from serious mobility problems. Also allowed access to equipment in the gym beyond my assigned time. Hats off to Laurie, Brian, Mary and Holly and the rsst for their great care. DAILY SUPPORT FROM AIDES: A wonderful group of people that provided an exemplary level of personal care. Always pleasant, punctual when needed, and very professional and caring. All were great but my care team of Avery, Danielle, Christian, Sienna, Mary, Lilly, and Teresa deserve special recognition. NURSES: the medical care was wonderful. Always provided my medication in the correct doses at assigned times. But also have to mention how nice and insightful they were when I needed special attention for various physical problems. They coordinated care with my personal physician daily. Thanks to Dustin, Melissa, Michelle, Shea and especially Crystal the Head Nurse who checked on my blood lab results on her day off to be sure I was getting proper treatment. FOOD: Great meals. Enjoyed the standard menu and should note that they allowed substitute meals, snacks, and drinks on request. REMAINING TEAM: If I've failed to mention anyone by name it's my error. The Social Worker Jules and office staff were also great including the daily Laundry and Housekeeping staff. They also provided a daily opportunity to participate in games and social activities with other residents and patients including live music on holidays. My room and facility were comfortable, attractive and clean. Thanks for this opportunity to recognize a great team.

Very clean most staff is nice ,one we call Kendall amd o e susy play alo g with alzheimers mother she thinks there family members working there so it's good they know her memory loss and go along with being called susy and Kendall, but since my.mom has been there every single.month they say they need some other proof of a 10 or 20 yr old acct proff it's closed ,now it's something isn't covered and we will have to pay X and X amount to have her there ,so try hard to get what they need they don't have anyone willing to request information for the people they now have her whole postal retirement and she is allowed 70 dollars a month for her hair cut and nessessities that's it ! They don't supply cloths or coats socks underwear lotion shampoo conditioner deodorant, they say the goverment allows her to have this 60 dollars and we are still proving monthly her stuff we now switched her address with the bank to carewell so they get her paperwork statements, maybe making some trip out would make her feel less trapped but they do not go to a store or out and she feels like a prisoner there, she packs her stuff every day and says she is not staying there ,I wish something would make her relaX but there aren't connections like that there just at work . She says at to es the food is tolerable, but has lost 30lbs since bei g admitted ,ok just my experiance so far ill keep you posted!

As someone in Senior Living for almost 20 years, I have to speak to the professionalism and compassion shown by the Care Transitions Director, Kendall Tucker. We recently supported a short term rehab stay (at WB of Pinckney) for a resident in an IL community I support and she was more than accommodating on ensuring a smooth transition for this resident. From beginning to the last days of her stay, Kendall was communicative, kind and patient. We all could use a few more Kendall’s on our team!

I swore that my mother would never be placed in a nursing facility but we had no choice, her needs exceeded what I was able to provide for her. She was a resident at Wellbridge of Pinckney for over a year after living independently. She missed living in her own home but Wellbridge truly became her new home. She was safe, well cared for, and she was happy. She bonded with both staff and her fellow residents, her new friends and everyone became family in every sense of the word. She enjoyed the array of activities, the library, and the frequent celebrations. The meal service and dining areas and two cafes were phenomenal and Wellbridge never had an institutional feel to it. It seemed more like an upscale hotel with all the amenities. A salon, a big flatscreen TV in her room (and others throughout the facility) WiFi, and a walk-in bathroom and shower with safety bars placed everywhere. Call lights were answered in a timely manner and the nursing station on her hall was easily contacted when called if I had a question. I am a retired health care professional and I was astounded by the cleanliness of Wellbridge and their constant vigilance monitoring the presence and testing of not only Covid, c. Diff was also a high priority too. The nursing care she received was nothing less than excellent, on every level. I couldn’t recommend Wellbridge of Pinckney high enough. I will be forever grateful to each and every person who cared for my mother, particularly when her health rapidly declined. She was never a resident at Wellbridge, she was FAMILY.

My Dad was there for rehab after a fall and needed IV antibiotics for an infection. He was there for about 3 weeks. We just got him out yesterday. We were NOT IMPRESSED with the Wellbridge nursing home/rehab! It was new, clean and had OK food, BUT don’t try to call after 5pm or the weekend!! Even during the day don’t expect to talk to a nurse when they transfer you to her phone! They also averaged a 20-30 minute wait when Daddy pushed his call button! We didn’t even get a phone call (as promised) to say he was getting discharged!! Oh, did I mention it’s in Pinkney in the middle of nowhere land after you travel through the woods and around lakes for 45 minutes?!?! I am glad he is back home so I don’t have to drive through Timbuktu again!! He is supposed to get OT, PT and a visiting nurse 2-3 days a week each at home. The rehab center didn’t send any information about it home with him though. I may have to call and get on their case! Also, security is at ZERO! I walked in to take him to a Dr appt a week ago. I didn't have to get signed in or anything! An attendant walking the halls helped me find his room, but didn't need a record of who I was or how I am related to the patient. When we were set to leave we couldn't even find his nurse to say we were leaving. We could have just walked out the door with no one knowing the difference. I was nice and did stop at the front desk, but she almost didn't want the information. She said we needed his nurse! I told her we had to go and she could let the nurse know if she could find her!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My mom recently stayed here for a little over a month. The place was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and my mom was very pleased with the care she received. She loved the activities they provided and she loved the compassionate staff.

Upon arriving at wellbridge to visit my grandfather I thought to myself wow this place is very clean and the people are nice. When he was transferred out of there to a different facility but facility the nurses took one look at the wound care that they did and just about flipped the taped band yeah it's bandages to his very thin frail is in frail skin that is not the way to do it. In removing the bandages you peel the skin off there is better ways.

I was here for rehab and am very pleased. Staff is super nice. Therapy people are great, I feel stronger everyday. Yes they are short staffed, who isn't during covid, bit the nurses and aids are running their butts off to please everyone. If I ever I need rehab again , this is where I'll come!!

I just wanted to share my experience when I toured 2 weeks ago. The center was extremely clean! No odors, very upscale homelike environment. The staff seemed very happy and took pride in their roles. It was evident when I saw staff addressing the residents. Keep up the great work!

My mother is here for rehab and is getting excellent care. She is very pleased with the staff. The food is very good. She is getting physical and occupational therapy on a daily basis and the therapist are very good. Social worker is very helpful. I would recommend it you are in need of this type of care for someone.

I received exceptional care in my four weeks at Wellbridge. I'd been upset at going to an inpatient facility for treatment but found out immediately that Wellbridge was a wonderful place to heal. The nurses, nursing assitants, PT, OT, and dietations were responsive to my needs, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I could eat in my room or go to the dining room as I chose. Best of all, the staff were eager to help and I never met anyone who was sullen, grouchy, unfriendly or reluctant to help, as I've encountered at hospitals in the past. All I saw were smiles and in a place where everone was ready to help me get well in the most pleasant way possible. The only improvement would be to have a doctor on the premises full time, but the doctor was always available by phone and my requests were taken care I'd within hours.

This place is beautiful and very clean. After searching for months this place was by far worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and attentive to their patients.
