This facility is wonderful. The staff are a team, everyone has so much fun and works hard. Everyone is willing to help out, including managers. I loved working here! I'm so sad to be leaving!

I absolutely love working here! I just love Cassie is just so kind and caring. I felt very welcomed by her. She really makes sure that all the residents needs are met. Tiffanie is so amazing and is great at getting the residents to eat. Maribel is so kind and gentle with the residents. Cassie, Tiffanie and Maribel make everyone feel very comfortable and I felt very welcomed by them. Gina, The Dietary Manager is very knowledgeable and always teaching us new things and makes sure the residents are eating well. Dalene is so nice and welcoming! Andrea is super nice and always making everyone laugh. Ciara is a hard working CNA, as well. Kylie is always working and super focused. Danni has a really amazing team and I'm super happy to be apart of it! I don't know everyone one yet but from my experience this is a pretty great place!

There are so many good things to say about this building. Every time I go in Dani is on the floor, washing dishes or with the residents. They have a creative and fabulous Recreation Therapist, Amber! They are so amazing!

I have been working closely with this facility in providing end-of-life care for their residents for 7 years, and I am happy to report their staff are absolutely caring and amazing people. They have some of the same staff that have worked here for years, truly invested in excellent care for their residents. I highly recommend this nursing care facility for its longevity in the community and the loving staff.

The place is amazing the staff is great. The administrator has been exceptionally great she really takes her time to help the residents out and anything they need she assist them. She truly is genuine her name is Danni Rawls.

I have been an employee of this facility for 8 yr. Through changes in administration and a recent name change, it continues to be a great place to work and grow! I have advanced up in position several times and have learned so much. We love the work we do and take accountability for it

I have worked in health care for over 22 years. My passion is working with long term and rehab residents. I have worked at several skilled nursing facilities through the years and Willow glen is the first facility that I have felt like part of a family, both with staff and the residents. Willow Glen has great staff that care and want to make a difference in each and every residents lives. It is a privilege to be work and be part of the team at such a great place.

As with anyplace, a few things fell through the cracks. However, the CNAs consistently treated me with dignity, compassion, and respect. I also saw them demonstrate patience with other residents and had to repeat instructions over and over. I have no problems recommending them.
