I have been a witness to the care, attention and love the staff provides to their residents. There is a sense of community and it feels like home. Activities rocks and rolls and patients are able to go back home better than they arrived. Recommend this facility.

I have been so pleased at the care Radiant gives their patients. From the moment you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile. EVERYONE is so kind & respectful. They are never to busy to speak with you. They truly want the best for the patient. If you are in the process of finding the right place for your loved one, I highly recommend you stop by & check it out. It’s very clean, no odor & the food is delicious. I can’t express how much it means to know your loved one is being loved on.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone of the staff was very helpful and caring for my dad after his stroke. Everyday I visited I witnessed staff help their patients with eating meals, walking them around the facility, and taking them out for fresh air. Activities were held daily to keep everyone active. Daily phone calls to keep me updated or advise me on the next step of my dad's care. If you are looking for a place for a loved one this is your place.

My mama stayed here for 3 months after a fall for rehabilitation and at first I was nervous leaving mama anywhere but I have to say that tthey turned out to be the biggest help an answered prayer for us. Here at Radiant, they helped us get mama on the right med plan, excellent therapy from therapists who really care that there patients get stronger and that ,is so important with older people. All of the nurses and CNA's were so good to mama, even the guys who keep the place running went above and beyond. They changed out her mattress to find a firmer one for her bad back, they changed out her tv from a Roku to one she could manage the remote better. Even the cleaning ladies were so kind, thank you Melanie. I appreciate them all. Thank you Honor, Laticia,Carol Jeanette,Dara, Tony, Joseph, Cindy, Chiquita, Natasha, Madison, Brandy, Anquinette, Kylie,Mike, Todd, Edna, Bobbie,Tara, Thelma,Kristin, Chloe, Charlette, Tara,Donna and everyone else for being there for us. me and mama love you all

My 95 yr old Mother was recently admitted to Radiant, which turned out to be a blessing. The medical staff immediately gave her a correct diagnosis and got proper meds ordered. A special thank you to all of the nurses and personal care team, especially Carol. When we had a concern about extreme cold temperatures in her room, the Social Worker, Kylie, even came in on her day off to handle the situation. The therapy team is top notch and helped with her balance, breathing and endurance. Tony and Janette are awesome and though Mom didn't need speech therapy Molly would come by to give encouragement. The entire staff is one big happy family. Perhaps because Robert keeps everyone's spirits up as he engages all to be happy and thankful. Ten stars to Radiant!

I was skeptical of coming back to LTC after traveling around the world working in hospitals but I’m so glad that I trusted my heart. The staff have all joined forces to create a family atmosphere so that we can collectively take excellent care of our residents. When I say Radiant gives Radiant care I mean we do. I’m so proud of the place I get to call home away from home!!!

I have been residing here at Radiant Nursing & Rehab here in Palatka, FL since the end of August from Putnam hospital to recover from COVID 19, and I want to tell the world how extremely safe I feel residing in a caring and loving facility! I can no longer walk on my own being bound to a wheelchair because of my illness PLS (Primary Lateral Sclerosis) which effects my balance, speech and moving, and I need total care with help from the aids which I receive from the entire staff here. I personally recommend this facility to anyone who needs excellent care and safety! God has blessed me and everyone here!

Give Radiant Nursing & Rehab Center a chance - under new management and determined to turn things around and improve the reputation from previous management. Look beyond the older building and see a very dedicated, caring staff. The nursing staff is hard working, and like in most health care facilities, understaffed. They strive to provide the very best care they can with the resources they have. The therapists are absolutely top notch!

The facility is under new management and is being renovated. The staff has a BIG heart and nurses care a lot. Therapy is top notch and the residents love them. Activities is fun and the residents love to participate.

This building is amazing! It’s now under new management and the positive changes are palpable. Their therapy team is highly skilled and top notch with tenure in the department that’s unheard of! Everyone is so warm and inviting from the moment I was greeted by the receptionist when I walked in, to the nursing staff and their amazing care and attention given to the residents. I would highly recommend you check them out for yourself or for you loved one!!!
