On 9/3, after surgury, I arrived to start my healing. I want to say that this place has some real special people working here, you know who you are!! Keep on caring, it's shows!!’• I actully enjoyed being here, from the housekeeping team to the nurses, the CNA, the office ladies, the ones who give, wait, care and help you improve, all the team work shows, the food, the kitchen crew and the way they motivated me to get well and go home. Let me tell you this, if you are looking for a place to get excellent post hospital rehab, look no further! This is an amazing team to goes out of their way to deliver a great experience to their patients.

As I said on my Yelp review, I highly commend the physical therapists, Brenda and Carlo for their kindness and (extreme) patience with my lady (partner) after her spinal surgery. But I'm not sure the nursing staff is that attentive, cause my lady told me that pressing the call button "never" had anyone respond. How valid this is I'm not sure. Now here's the interest part. LifeCare is now Vista-View Post Acute. On their website they boast about they being a 5 Star facility, and have the testimonials to prove it. Now look at the reviews for Life Care. Lots of 1 and 2 stars. So what gives??

I'm sure you're understaffed. I just got off the phone waiting for 45 minutes...first to answer was Gabby. Asked her to transfer me to second floor. The phone rang for 35 minutes with no one picking up. Is it a Sunday issue or an everyday issue? Because anytime I've been on the second floor there has been a load of staff in the station talking away. That being said I'm gonna give y'all some grace and hope that this will only be the second time this has occurred. I very much appreciate those that come to work and pray you continue to care ™ .

I was a patient there for 48 days,and I feel I was treated fairly and well.I was able to recover with the help of their staff who were very professional and caring.I also lost 17 pounds because I ate a healthy diet and had very professional physical therapy.When I left I was healthy and happy.I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants to recover to the fullest and best.Sincerely Sharolyn Medrano

I was a resident for 14mo in 2020. I had excellent care. The facility is very clean and the food is excellent ‘ I left lifecare to live with my daughter in California. I made a big mistake by leaving. I have been trying to come back but I would need a direct admit while my insurance program in Arizona is reverified. There should be no reason I wouldn't be approved. Please help me, I need to come back.

Staff was very compassionate and caring. My mother was here almost 2 weeks. She trusted her caregivers and so did I.

My 65 y/o grandmother stayed at this facility for several weeks following a total knee replacement surgery. She stayed at Room 136A which was very clean and was always kept clean. The rehab team and nurses on this facility are very professional, skillful, and attentive. Their bedside manner is simply outstanding! We cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and patience during my grandmother's stay and we definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a great care.

Life Care Vista is a great nursing facility. My mother stayed there for 3 weeks back in January. As soon as you enter , the building is clean and has no smell. The receptionist is helpful . My mother was in room 115a on the first floor. The nursing staff was helpful with her and the therapy team was very patient in teaching her how to walk and move from bed to wheelchair. They gave my mother a bath the following day she was admitted there after not having bathe for 4 days when she was at the hospital, my mom was happy about being refreshed. The food was decent , they have enough variety. I would recommend this place!

My mom, Arliss Gamble, was a resident of Lifecare, and she was cared for with great respect, except she needed a haircut ‘ Eventually I had her transferred to Huntington Beach to be closer to us where she passed away [4] later... But Lifecare Center was such a blessing so she could remain close to her beloved homestead in Vista & San Marcos ~

My father was there a couple times and did pass away in their facility. They were cordial when he passed but he hated being there and I was constantly calling the administrative people because the patient care was very inadequate.
