Veronica and Marcia are the most pleasant receptionists. Every time I come to visit my relative they greet me with a smile and make me feel welcomed. Also the nurses, aides and housekeeping ladies are always happy. The therapists are exceptional! Overall, my experience has been wonderful!

Having a loved one in a nursing home isn’t easy but the nurses here do what they can with the staff that they have to do the best. They are always kind and respectful to me and my family. If there is a concern they are open to constructive feedback and try to improve when needed.

I don't have any family, I visit a patient there every Wednesday. It would be nice if she could be out of her bed that day.

this is his first time in this ECF/Rehab facility and so far he has no complaints. I spoke with several of the care staff and if their attitudes are always like they were when I visited, I'll have no problem or complaints. As my husband's advocate, I can be very critical at times. But so far, so good.

Very nice place but the visitor process is incredibly dystopian. You have to check in to an Orwellian terminal before you can visit family.

This is a top notch facility. The staff goes above and beyond for their patients. Many of the staff have been there for many years and love their job. Do not over look this facility if you are looking for a rehab or a long term facility. I had my grandmother here and would feel comfortable placing any loved on here.
