Thoughtful, caring, the meals were very good the dining room, the physical therapy rooms were all nice. We thought his room would have looked a little better if it had been painted or updated! it looked quite old,! All the staff was very friendly and showed concern for his needs.Thank you so much! I arrived at this facility,as a broken human being, I could not stand,I could not walk and could barely eat. From those first days to the current date of 30 July 2026 I have experience a level of care that has enabled me to fully function physically and mentally when they say this is a skilled nursing facility it is that ,and so much more. I would highly recommend Heritage Park to any and all who need or want help.yes there is a rainbow at the end of the journey. This rainbow appeared over my hall’s outside patio last evening,

Love the work our team does here to care for our residents.

The staff there are some of the most caring and dedicated people you'd ever want to have help you. Sometimes there are staff shortages but the staff that is there just work that much harder. Although I clashed with management, their hardworking staff more than made up for management's shortcomings. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for long-term care or short-term rehabilitation. Upper management's shortcomings are the only reason they're not getting five stars plus. Thank you for the great care. - #JC3

On behalf of Carl & his family, we appreciate the outstanding support & work that the staff does. They go above & beyond for not only him, all of their patients. They give excellent service, as I communicate with them via another state. Effort is a priority, as I am not sure it is an easy job to do. The staff does it selflessly. A round of applause.

I had two very different experiences here. First, the staff is fantastic. I had a wonderful experience with them, especially the PT and OT staff, and the CNAs. The nurses were hit or missI’d like to mention Mat (that is the correct spelling) especially as a standouthe made me laugh a lot and somehow managed to give me a shot that I actually did not feel! Second experience was the food there. It was horrible. Especially the breakfasts. Second day there the kitchen manager came in and asked me all my preferences, allergies, etc. They also gave us a packet of menus for the next week each Saturday, and I asked for salt and pepper every day because most of the food had none. (Understood due to more of the patients there had dietary restrictions than not, but for those who don’t, we need some flavor in our food.) None of the requests were followed. Breakfasts were very often some tiny portion of eggs (usually hard boiled?!) and a piece of dry toast. The food was almost always cold, and even when they brought us something decent, the temperature usually killed it. The poor CNAs shouldn’t have to be running back and forth for condiments, so I basically had to start hoarding them in my room, and I know a lot of others did as well. I also know from others that the portions weren’t the same from patient to patient either. I spent more on DoorDash there than I do at home. It was just propersterous. But overall, the staff was terrific and got me back on my feet a lot quicker than I was expecting. I will miss many of them for sure.

My dad stayed at Heritage Park healthcare and rehabilitative care center for a week for respite care while family caretakers were out of town. They were very attentive to our concerns and his needs as well as his daily routines and habits. They took excellent care of my dad and communicated with me daily about how he was doing. The respiratory team did an excellent job of taking care of him when he was having low oxygen and difficulty breathing.

My grandma was in here for 3 months and she really was not an easy patient. She kept them on their toes and wondering what she would come up with next. They were patient and kind and I am so grateful for their service. Grandpa ate lunch and dinner there with grandma every day. Their food is amazing! My family and I are forever thankful for your kindness and help with gran.

Dad got better fast. They were always on him to work out and get stronger.

An aged center built in the sixties with what you would expect having touches of rustic charm. The compassionate care that they showed me in a time of great need was really what counted! The staff really came through. Anyone who practices a bit of patience realizing they have many being cared for and that they can't always be at your side at a snap of the fingers. As a wise self rule: It's good and rewarding to be a patient patient. The staff had a good laugh when I mentioned that... Honorable mentions Celia, Bobby, Mary, Mani, Sylvia (from Poland who can not frown), Olympia, Brooklyn and how could I forget BRY(ANNA) the therapist who pushed me but in so doing moved me along... Thank you pain killers! Then there are those who's names I can't remember... like the person in charge of my physical therapy (starts with a J? but drawing a blank). To any and all who served me. You all know who you are but know that I appreciate all ya'll! Thanks for the care

I have really enjoyed my time at Heritage Park Healthcare. I've been in a couple of Rehab units & this is, by far, the best. The staff is exceptional & very caring. Management is also kind & reactive to resident's needs. I would certainly recommend Heritage Park. And their inclusive activities department is the best.

An office employee was very rude and snotty when I tried to find out about prices and how Medicare and Medicaid worked with my relative's SDI and the permanent disability that he was already on. Then she threatened me. The fee was $7,000 to $8,000 per month! Most of the other staff was helpful.

I love this building and team. The staff are friendly and helpful and take pride in the work they do.
October 2024
Friendly and caring staff helped my wife when none of the other local care facilities would take her as a patient. She was completely bed bound and required a lot of support. The facility provided a wide variety of great tasting menu items as well. All-in-all she received excellent care when she was at her most vulnerable. Bravo and thank you!!!

My name is Richard and I’ve been at Heritage Park for about four weeks. And I must say out of all the other three places that I have been in non-compare with Heritage Park my main reason for coming to her Heritage Park was for physical training and OT all of which I have improved greatly. What I couldn’t do at one time I now can do it. All of the therapist are well trained, and knowledgeable about all of the work, which they do. All of the nurses, the nurses aids and the CNAs are all qualified. They are polite helpful willing to do anything that you want. They are there for you. The rooms are OK, but I love the air conditioning, the heater, the TV and my bed and all my chairs Just remember the one thing that matters, the most is a tender, loving care that you will receive from the employees Them, the nurses, the CNA and all of the therapist And they do provide transportation To medical appointments HERITAGE PARK IN ROY UTAH YOU WON’T BE SORRY

My family member has been in this facility since the beginning of this year and she has been back and forth from the hospital a couple of times and each time this place always accepted her back with open arms. The case manager Kristen and managers are so pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you care team for taking care of Brandy! We all appreciate you!! #TherapyTeamIsAmazing

Everyone treated my mother well during her stay. The only issue we had was that dietary kept sending her large portions of food and food she wasn’t supposed to eat. Thanks to Sheri(OT) she talked with dietary about the issue and they eventually began to send small portions for each meal.

I really like what they've done with this building. From what it was just a few years ago to the beautiful building that it is now, you could bring your family in and feel confident that they are in a great looking facility! Also, I love that the daycare in the building helps provide a place for staff to be close to their little kids!

I would rate this place differently if it weren't for the nurse Celia that is a terrible nurse and has supposedly over medicated patients and leaves patients unattended without oxygen when it's 100% necessary, she needs to be fired. The main staff is very slow about answering call backs for important questions.

Super care was given to my friend every time she was admitted. Thank you to all the staff.

My sister has been in Memory Care at Heritage Park for several months. The staff in Hall D have been exceptional. Wyatt especially. Wish I could remember all of their names. They were so kind and helpful. They know the patients by name and are very caring toward them. One review said meals were small, not that I ever saw. Huge kitchen staff with actual chefs and food was very nice and well balanced. There are usually two people per room, with just hospital bed, small night stand, and small closet cabinet; but, adequate. Only problem we had was with clothes disappearing when they went to laundry. Very grateful the care she received there.

I highly recommend Heritage Park Care and Rehabilitation Center in Roy, UT. My sister was taken to this facility after she had fallen many times at her home and had ended up in the emergency room at a nearby hospital. She was wheelchair-bound when she arrived at Heritage Park. That was in April of 2020. She received outstanding physical-therapy and various social activities. Her physical and mental state have both improved immensely since living at Heritage Park. She now, walks the halls of Heritage Park with a bit of an assist with her walker. I live out of state and call her almost every night. She always has lots to tell me about her day. She just loves her care-givers and many have been taking care of her since she arrived at the Center. That consistency means a lot to me and to her. The activities director has led fun projects with the residents such as Tie-dying T-shirts that they all can wear on Tie-Die T-shirt Day. This is great for morale! There are also other activities every day, such as Bingo, Trivia, Bowling, Movies and more. And I always hear that the meals at Heritage Park are soooo good. She says they have very good chefs. I have also visited her when I have been able to, and found everyone I encountered to be very nice and helpful. This is a rather long review because I am so thankful for the excellent care that my sister has received at Heritage Park Care Center in Roy, UT.

My sister has been in Heritage for 2 months and the respiratory therapists, physical therapists, aids , concierge, and the nurses are professional, courteous, kind, supportive and have given my sister her life back. She was sent there from St Mark's hospital where she was degraded , disrespected and was slowly dying in the ICU. In these 2 short months they have her off the ventilator, doing physical therapy daily and has an incredibly positive outlook on life . I believe the staff at Heritage Park saved her life and their support, hard work and love of what they do, are the reason she is being released within the next couple weeks. There are no words to express how grateful I am and how thankful my sister is for their fantastic care. They truly deserve a gold medal for the excellent treatment of their patients and my sister said even the meals were great. I highly highly recommend Heritage Park. Your loved ones are in good hands here. Trust worthy, safe and uplifting staff. Truly a blessing.

I've had a great experience here at Heritage Park. When I arrived I was extremely sick and wasn't able to do much. With the help of the CNA's, Respiratory Therapist's, Nurse's, Physical Therapist's and Occupational Therapist's I've made a remarkable recovery. The food is exceptional, the rooms are nice and cozy, it was an all around good experience.

I am a fulltime caregiver for my father, I spend everyday with him!! My father has been here at heritage park since April 20th 2018! We were flown in on a medical flight from Washington state. My dad is a very high level of care since his stroke 4years ago. Dialysis, trach Patient. we had been to 5 differnt skilled nursing homes up in the Pacific northwest. And I can now say how so very blessed for this move to Roy! Yes when you 1st walk in the building seem out dated. I have seen amazing changes since 2018! But more importantly this is my family now! They have done so much for my father and myself! They are so attentive and caring! They worked very hard to get a dyalsis center! Now we have one ! The respiratory therapy team are truly amazing! So knowledgeable and loving and kind! The most dedicated respiratory manager! She is truly the most wonderful person I have ever met! The activitys staff go above and beyond to keep the joy in the hearts of the residents! I could go on and on how much easier are lives are since we have came here and about how wonderful my heritage park team is!! But just know as a daughter that isnt a once a week visitor or a 3day a week visitor but someone that this team see every day and know the ins and outs of the staff. This was the best thing that has happened on my fathers medical journey ! And we are so so blessed for are heritage park family!!! We love you guys!!
