I spent a month there in 2021 after breaking my shoulder. It was a horrible experience and I see from recent reviews that it hasn't changed. I got no rehab on my shoulder because (I was told) they were waiting for instructions from my doctor. I brought the instructions with me when I checked in and I personally called the doctors office twice, requested, the exercises be sent, and had the nurse call me back to confirm they were sent!!!! Never got any rehab for my shoulder. They could not get my medications correct the entire time,. Luckily I had my own meds to take and, yes I know it's against the rules. The bedding was only 3 times the entire month and I only had 2 showers. But, the worst part was the food. It was often INEDIBLE and most of the time what was served wasn't what the menu showed. DO NOT PUT ANYONE YOU LOVE IN INCOMPETENT AND UNCARING FACILITY!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Get the food to the people at least warm. not cold. Buy warmers or put warmers up at desk until it can be delivered if you are understaffed

Excellent place with excellent care. Very clean with helpful staff. Kimberly the social worker was very helpful, prompt, and really cared. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.

My mother has dementia and diabetes, and has been staying at Green Oaks Nursing Care for a few years now. The nurses and entire staff have been incredibly patient with her, and very kind. My mom is a difficult patient, and has attacked the staff verbally (calling a nurse a fat a** and accusing everyone of stealing from her) to physically (kicking, hitting, pinching, hair pulling, biting, throwing things). The people who work at Green Oaks are like angels. They have unlimited patience and kindness, and really care about her. I couldn't take care of her any more on my own, but I'm happy to get her in a place as nice as Green Oaks. They even give her lots of nice Christmas presents! They make sure all of the residents feel loved, even those that don't have family to come visit. It's a very hard decision to make, but I recommend Green Oaks.

I recently visited my relative at Green Oaks Nursing and Rehab Center and was very impressed by the staff and their safety protocols as well as the high quality care that my family member received. I visited at lunch time and the food looked delicious and was in fact very much enjoyed by my uncle. Keep up the great work! Thank you for taking care of my relative.

Oct 4 Keep in mind that there is a TREMENDOUS employee turnover!!!! As of today new receptionist,new finance director, social services, records manager. FANTASTIC activity director!!! It's hard to get in touch with them. It would have benefitted the center MORE to applied the cost of all this redecorating to paying Aides. I can't tell you how many people have come and gone in 8 months! June 2023 The staff have made great improvements in hiring and keeping quality staff, and maintaining aides. The diatician, social director and activities director are making good progress with care also. Mom has been here six months and feels more comfortable with the staff, and those who have stayed treat her with respect and integrity. I guess the food is the only issue, but there is a new manager so l anticipate improving there also. They have completely redecorated the place with new furniture and artwork as well.

The staff were very attentive, this was our 1 st day at Greenoaks long term care and hospice is why my dad is here. The nurse and CNA meet him and inspected his body and cleaned him up right off
