My father lives in the memory care unit and the staff is amazing. You are always going to find one person not to your liking, but I can say, they are so attentive and proactive. It has given me real piece of mind to have my dad there. He was unmanageable at home due to his dementia.

This is a great place with wonderful people! I spent seven weeks in rehab there until just after last Thanksgiving. I want to say Thank You and Hi to Dee, Eva, Becky, Hannah, Josh, Megan, Tim, Ben, John and many others. You know who you are. I miss you! Linden Rm 410 Marylou Lagana

Patients are being neglected, and having things stolen from them. The staff swears because the patients are having memory issues, that they can steal freely. They talk to them disrespectfully at times. I would not recommend this place for even a dog.

My review is based off of what I have seen as an EMT responding to the friendly home and to linden knolls apt. Accidents and ailling health affect our elderly population regardless of the best interventions and the staff do always do GREAT job and are ATTENTIVE to the needs and emergencies that arise. Patients / residents always seemed well cared for and they like it lovong or going to rehab here. The facilities are well maintained and are always clean. I would entrust my loved ones at either location.

Just leaving & the receptionist was not helpful. She laughed as if everything I stated was a joke. My question was regarding a phone & what the process was. She also tried to brush me off, by throwing her hand in the air as if she didn't care to hear my concerns regarding belongings of new patient. The friendly home has a beautiful setting but with a secretary so rude it makes it ugly.

Nice place, helpful staff. Friend is the recovering from back surgery. They are helping her improve and see that she does therapy. Great option for post surgical care.
