I attended orientation yesterday. I was highly impressed. Each department head came into the room to fully explain what they do, encouraged questions at that time and for employees to approach them at any time for further questions and/or help within their scope of practice or physically guide us to the appropriate employee. The DON emphasized having an oper door policy for any problems or needs from all of us which was clearly sincere. It was obvious that they were very knowledgeable in their positions and with the facility. There was alot of direct eye contact and smiles throughout this day. Upon completion we were all welcomed "to the family".

I must say Fort Lauderdale rehab has the best rehab team. I have witnessed a lot of success stories of how well patient has improved and are able to go home walking. Nursing Staff is very caring and welcoming . The building is very clean . The setting feels like Home away from Hom

The therapy department is very caring and competent in providing quality skilled therapy services. They are exceptional therapists who are very professional and motivates their patient to work hard to get better. Our Therapy department is dedicated to progress our patients to their highest level of function and safety in order to improve their quality of life.

If I could give this nursing home ten stars, I would! From the moment you walk in to Ft. Lauderdale you can feel the warmth and compassion radiating from the staff. They truly treat each resident like family, providing not just medical care but also emotional support and companionship. The facilities are clean, and the atmosphere is always cheerful. It's clear that the staff genuinely love what they do, and it shows in the exceptional level of care they provide. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their loved ones. They're simply the best!
