My experience at Falcon Ridge left a lasting, positive impression on me. The environment was calm, welcoming, and well-organized, which made it a pleasant place to be throughout the day. I especially appreciated that the patients were awake and interactive, creating a more personal and engaging atmosphere of care. The facility was beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding warmth and joy to the space and making both patients and staff feel uplifted. I did not have a good experience at this facility. The food was inedible. It was difficult getting timely support from nursing staff especiall with bathroom help. The physical therapy was fairly good. My wound therapist was exceptional. Nurse Brenda Najera. She changed my wound vac regularly and took time to explain the process. It was an educational experience. She is thorough and gentle One nurse named pros I as very rude a D inattentive about everything name was Priscilla

Thank you to the staff and workers that created a healing environment, especially the therapist, Derek, Sidney and Jackie and wound care -Brenda. Nurses and CNA’s, especially Latoya. My recovery enhanced greatly with the staffs support and patience.

I couldn’t be more thankful for the care my 90-year-old father has received here. From the very beginning, the admissions process was smooth and welcoming, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. The nurses are attentive, compassionate, and truly dedicated to making sure he feels safe and comfortable. It’s clear that everyone here treats residents with dignity and respect. One thing that really stood out is the food”the menu is restaurant-quality, with variety and thoughtful options that my dad actually enjoys. That says a lot! This facility goes above and beyond, and I have peace of mind knowing my dad is in such good hands. Highly recommend.

Strengths: Supportive of my goals for recovery. The Social Worker "D" helped me understand the facility routine, the collaboration between teams. She helped me understand the expectations of the insurance company and facility treatment goals. D supported all the tasks of discharge, organizing home health and assuring i had all needed support equipment in my home. The team members Latoya and Cody were so kind and caring. Latoya helped me with very basic patient care needs maintaining my dignity and peace of mind. Latoya is kind and compassionate and attentive to all my needs and many others. She never made me feel rushed or a burden in the midst of her busy day. Cody took care of me at night with kindness, compassion, and patience. She always checked in to let me know she was there and available to help. The PT and OT team was so helpful to help me gain strength and reach my goals. I can't thank them enough! Opportunities: Weekend staff communication with new patients. Minimal information provided until Monday. I highly recommend Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation Hospital!

Can’t say enough good stuff about Falcon Ridge! We are so impressed and grateful for the level of care my mother in law gets on the daily. It does not matter what time of day we show up for a visit, they always have her well groomed, well fed and happy. They always communicate and keep us up to date. It’s a relief to know that we can count on them to take great care of her when we can not be there. She has been with them since Dec of 2022 and is doing great! We definitely recommend them!

The level of care and attention for my husband is outstanding. A special thank you to Brenda the wound care nurse and Priscilla and Jennifer our RNs for always responding to our many requests. Our prior experience with another facility left us skeptical about rehab facilities in general but the staff at Falcon Ridge but any fears to rest.

This is the second time my grandpa has had to get rehabilitated. When he was getting discharged from hospital we requested for him to be admitted here due to his great experience from last year. Great friendly staff and clean facility! He’s almost getting ready to return home and we’ve been so pleased with his stay here. I had the honor of photographing the residents Holiday party at Falcon Ridge Rehabilitation in Hutto,TX as a charitable donation, and I was thoroughly impressed by the entire event. The Director of Nursing and the Administrator did an excellent job organizing this Holiday celebration. They showcased their commitment to the residents and their families well-being and happiness. The staff were attentive and compassionate, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for everyone. Touring the facility made it clear that the care provided is of the highest quality. I witnessed the joy and engagement of the residents during the celebration, which speaks volumes about the nurturing environment they have created. It is heartwarming to see such dedication in a long-term care facility, and I'm grateful to have the opportunity to give back to our community in support of such a caring organization.

My husband is 90 years old and suffers from the results of Prostrate and Colin cancer. This requires continuous care of a catheter and stoma. He has memory lapses, often requiring special care. After a fall at home resulting in a broken hip, we had to find a place where he would be safe and his special needs cared for. I researched and visited over a dozen facilities. I chose Falcon Ridge, not because of its convenience, but for how comfortable it felt, how clean it was and the friendliness of the staff and nurses. The attendants and nurses take outstanding care of my husband’s needs and they work well together. Falcon Ridge has a warm and welcoming atmosphere and everyone is friendly and helpful. The Director, Jorge, Calderon, is literally spot on if a major issue arises.

Dee Owens is an excellent liaison and gets things accomplished. Joann Henry in the Business Office is very knowledgeable. Our experience is Falcon Ridge is the best nursing home in the area; modern, clean, with a caring staff. My Mother "LD" is well attended there.

After dealing with several facilities, this one impressed me enough to refer them to friends and give a good review! We always see numerous workers around the rooms/hallways and they are always friendly and helpful. Our patient's room is kept clean and he is gotten up and looking good daily. The activity director and staff do a great job of engaging the clients and offering them things that they enjoy doing. It has been a very easy transition for us (much, much easier than other situations for elderly care that we have experienced) and it smells fine (which if you know, you know :)).
