Dean wood rehabilitation center is a nursing home where your love once will be taking care off in all aspects like helping them in their wellbeing. The CNA up the administration provide constant care to the residents and make sure there are loved and fill at home .Deanwood rehabilitation center have good and well trained employees that are very professional and respectful.

I went I want to see my to see my ex-husband with my son and he was doing good. They was making sure that he was cleaned every day and taking him for dialysis and therapy so he’s doing good there He wasn’t doing this good in the other nursing home and in Maryland but when he moved in here, he seemed to be striving thank you, Deanwood for all of your help

At one point in time I thought that this was a terrible facility, but through the years I could actually see the improvement in staff technology improvements for the building and the activities for the members. Deanwood rehab is becoming a great facility. I really like staff and what they're doing to the building. However, they still need to work on that parking lot.

I was really impressed by the cleanliness, fresh smell and the overall look. I’ve heard some disappointing reviews, but you have to do your own due diligence and take it from there. Again I was really impressed.

Deanwood Rehab is truly a great place. The nurses are attentive, caring, and full of compassion, and the physical and occupational therapists are amazing. The PT and OT teams are really focused on helping patients get back to their baseline and become as functional and independent as possible. They’re dedicated, patient, and always encouraging. The DON also checks in on patients daily, which shows how committed the entire team is to providing quality care. Overall, Deanwood has a warm, supportive environment and a staff that genuinely cares.

Well I had been looking for my father for many years and I finally found him here. His room mate told me that my father hadn't been bathed in a month. Also that my father was pretty active at one time .he yelled at one of the staff and after that they have been giving him something to stay calm but he doesn't do anything but sleep. The staff didn't believe I was his daughter. The staff got angry with me when I looked through his mail,they got upset because everytime that I came I wanted him washed up, the staff also said residents don't get showers everyday. They only get them twice a week. I was also told to leave the facility because I wanted my father to be taken care of.

Deanwood experience was great. I'm discharging home today. The DON has been awesome as she visits me regularly and coordinate my care daily. The respiratory team is also good.

Upon my very 1st . Entry to the Deanwood Rehab facility, I was professionally greeted. Shown how to operate the visitation screening process & granted entry. It was a pleasurable experience. Look forward to returning.

The nurse I spoke to, the lady at the reception who called the nurse for me as well as the gentlemen that opened the main gate and processed me into the building are all very professional and helpful.

Every time I come to Deanwood for church service each month the guards at the gate is always so pleasant and friendly and speak goodmorning opening the gate to let me enter in. When entering the building the guards at the window are always have a pleasant smile on there face and a friendly look. They spoke Good morning before I can say it and ask me how I'm doing I appreciate it very much They so nice opening the women bathroom door for me a couple of times because I can't remember the code to get in. Even the resident are so nice and friendly. Thank you for your service. Where we have our church service at is always clean nice and neat.

This is my moms second time here I like the staff all the way from the security for the nurses to the CNA to the occupational therapist to the physical therapist that the place is nice. I know that people don’t have patience because they complain about the elevator, but overall the place is awesome

I can speak about hospitality amongst the employees, I have experienced thoughtfulness and courtesy. The best thing is a smiling face at the entrance and someone always there asking "how can I help you"? From the first floor to the next smiling faces and greetings. It's never a bland moment. Deadwood Rehabilitation is like a cozy community hearing residents and staff speaking like neighbors it's comforting to know my relative is in the right place of care. I was recently a resident in Deanwood Rehabilitation, and I love the great care that was given to me, by my Nursing team and mainly my CNA Hortense, I had a great respitory therapist named Camille. I had great care there. every day the director of nursing herself Memunna came in my room to make sure i was okay and to see how I'm feeling. I had a great stay at Deanwood the therapy team was great also. I truly appreciate my stay at Deanwood.
