I have had good experience dealing with staff and business office for my mom. When i have any issues, it is taken care of. Staff is considerate and caring.

My mother has been in the bethany rehab side. The nursing staff is friendly but sometimes takes to long like over 45 minutes to get back to my mother. The are are understaffed as far as nursing and cna staff. However she loves the physical therapy people. If you visit a lot. Then they seem to take care of you family members more than when your now around as much

My mom has been a resident here for 5 years and the staff takes such loving care of her. She has become part of the Cornerstone family. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly to the residents and as a family member, they have always been friendly and welcoming to me. The nursing staff is excellent. They address my concerns and have a genuine sense of urgency when needed. I couldn’t ask for a better place! Thank you to all who have been there for my mom and for me. I love you all dearly.

I couldn’t get in touch with my grandmother but Summer was extremely kind and helpful making sure I got a hold of her. Although in the middle of the call my grandmothers nurse forced her to get off the phone with me in order to change her diaper - my grandma said her nurse is inpatient with her. My grandmother has been having mental breakdowns since being here like never before.. I’m not sure what’s going on but will get to the bottom of it. If anyone has any stories please reach out. Let’s hope this post doesn’t affect the way they treat her. The elderly matter too.

IMy complaint is that the nurses either take their time to respond or don’t respond at all. I needed Immodium called in the morning and didn’t respond until 4:00 pm! I had to buzz them several times! Very disappointed!!!

Through this pandemic lockdown, Cornerstone Social Services has worked hard to keep the families informed and the patients occupied. The staff in the Business office was very helpful dealing with insurance issues .
