Wonderful staff. The nurses, doctors, finance department, and social services work so well with each other and the patient to keep the patient safe and do what is needed for the best of the patient. Can't say enough about everyone there. Nurses return phone calls and never complain no matter what you ask of them. Finance very helpful with billing questions and the filling out of forms

My 98-year old mother has lived at Cooperstown Center for two years I won't have her anywhere else . The staff are very caring and compassionate and love the residents. Its a very clean building and the staff all work as a team. It's a wonderful place to work Positive Quality
