Most of the staff were kind and helpful. However the response time for the call light was very random. It ranged from a few minutes to over an hour! I had to call the desk on my phone to get their attention. Also the delivery of my medication was delayed several times because of a lack of communication between the staff. On at least four occasions I was not given a lunch or medication for my trip to dialysis. Twice I was not given part of my medication at all. It was the worst four weeks of my life. I would definitely not recommend this facility.

I'm being rehabilitated at Bennett Hills and I think it's a wonderful place to go if that's what you need.

Facility is clean and care is phenomenal. Home like environment and resident's become family. Great food with many choices and activities are stellar!

I had the pleasure of visiting Bennett Hills last week and could not have been more impressed with this building. Everyone is so friendly, helpful and informative. I was offered a building tour, and it is just beautiful. I highly recommend this facility to anyone!

My mother is currently a resident. I have been extremely worried about her. I spoke to an amazing health care provider today and expressed concern that I hadn't spoken to her. His name is Scott. He took the time to go in and figure out her cell phone needed to be unlocked to work properly. He then called me from her phone so we could speak! Talk about going above and beyond!

My mom had a knee replacement. She needed more time to recover. Don't get me wrong some of the people there are great. But they can't be there all the time. My mom should NEVER worry about being a burden. She would buzz the nurse to use the restroom and no one would come. After awhile she couldn't hold it. She sat and marinated in her own urine for an hour. More then once. They have SOME great people working there. I don't know if it is a training issue or administration, but there is a problem. Furthermore my mom wasn't drinking much water or eating for fear she would need to use the restroom.

Bennett Hills is a really home-like small facility. My grandmother had a stroke and was going to need to go to rehab. The staff at Bennett Hills answered all my questions and were willing to get everything set up for her to transfer to their facility without me having to do anything. The facility was clean and staff were nice when I toured the facility.

Nurse's are always happy to help CNA'S are on top of residents needs, a great team of therapists. New administrator and nurse leader seem to be trying to make the place better.
