A physical therapy department was extreme, helpful, modern, well educated therapist. I would recommend their physical therapist Anytime. They made you relax, and worked with you on your pain level. 10 stars. A night nurse was extremely easy to work with and always had a smile on her face. The food had a great selection, but unfortunately, not very good. I understand because so many people with diabetes and everything they had to make It bland. The young lady that handled getting the water bringing the food, changing your bed, helping you bathe, etc. where all very friendly And very helpful

My mom was admitted for 2 1/2 months after a fall. It was her second time at Belpre Landing and she got excellent care for both visits. The social worker and the drector of dishcarge team is very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions navigating through the insurance requirements . The nursing staff and client care teams were so nice, helpful, and encouraging in her care. The PTs and OTs in the therapy department are wonderful, dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate. From day one until discharge, the whole facility’s goal is to make sure the resident is comfortable and gets what care is needed for them to be at their best,

12.19.25-01.02.26 From the time we arrived (8pm on a Friday), every employee was exceptional, respectful, informative, helpful, and KIND! Each employee demonstrated a balance of being professional yet personable. I do not remember each person’s name but each one deserves recognition and appreciation. From “enrolling” to “graduating,” the Belpre Landing Rehab was an outstanding experience--EXCELLENT THERAPIES! . Two aides and a nurse even shed tears when we left the building.

Our family had a great experience with Belpre Landing Rehab. My elderly dad spent two weeks there for rehabilitation and gained the strength he needed to return home safely. The staff were kind, attentive, and always treated him with dignity and respect. The therapy team was encouraging and focused on his progress, and the nursing staff did a great job keeping him comfortable and supported. Communication with our family was also very good. The facility was clean and welcoming, and we’re very grateful for the care my dad received. We would highly recommend Belpre Landing Rehab to anyone needing short-term rehab for a loved one.

I am being discharged from Belpre Landing today. Have been here over 3 weeks and have had excellent care from the CNA’s, OT and PT therapists. Big Shout out to Sierra, Hannah, Nicole and Mary in the No 1 hall, and to the therapists Michael, Jessica, Cindy and Lynette. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. They are overworked because of staff shortages but have positive attitudes. Sierra was really upbeat and efficient. The facility is clean and beautifully decorated and the amenities are great. Thanks to Elaina for keeping my room clean and being so friendly. The food was great; great variety and good size portions and they have options if you do not want what it is on the menu I recommend Belpre Landing to anyone needing rehab therapy. This is my second time dealing with them since my Mom was here last year

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother was entrusted to the care of Belpre Landing, and the treatment she received was nothing short of appalling. The facility demonstrated gross negligence and outright abuse, which endangered her health, well-being, and dignity. The lack of basic care and attention was evident in numerous cases. Communication with the staff was abysmal, and it was clear that many of them were either untrained, unprofessional, or indifferent. Despite raising concerns, no meaningful actions were taken to address the issues. Entrusting a loved one to a nursing facility is supposed to provide peace of mind, but this place has been a nightmare. Families, please think twice before bringing your loved ones here. The treatment my mother received was not just disappointing—it was dangerous and deeply traumatic. Belpre Landing has completely failed in its duty of care, and I will be pursuing all necessary actions to ensure accountability. I hope others do not have to endure the same heartbreak and frustration my family has faced. Update 4/17/2025: I wanted to share an update since my previous concerns. My mom is still at Belpre Landing, and I’ve noticed some real improvements recently. They’ve made some staff changes, and it’s made a big difference in the level of care and communication. Things feel more organized and attentive now, and I’m feeling more confident about the care my mom is receiving. It’s clear they’ve been working hard to improve, and I appreciate the progress.

My grandmother is currently here and let me tell you something: these people are incredibly kind! I specifically want to give a shout-out to Adam Bryan, her main nurse. We went to visit and he gave us updates, brought her to us, kept his distance for our privacy, but was also there when we needed him. They are way understaffed. If my family and I hadn't been there I'd hate to see how it turned out. They would help, but you would have to go hunt them down. Then wait till they finished with what they were doing before they could come help. Nice building. Find a better place.

My mother stayed her for about 3 weeks and I cannot say enough good things about this place!! The staff is so friendly and caring they made us all feel welcome! The facility was always so clean and inviting. So happy we chose this short term rehab and would recommend to anyone!! Thank you Brooke, Meghan and Stacy for the best PT, OT and speech therapy we could have ever asked for! Thank you to all the nurses for always being so gentle and caring!! I have a family member who has been at this Rehabilitation for 3 weeks. I cannot say enough good things about it. The staff is kind and intelligent and helpful. The food is excellent. Physical Therapy does a very good job. I am so glad he is there. The facility is clean and new. Would recommend it to everyone.

They are sorely understaffed in nurses. My original opinion was great, now it's more "meh". They lost the "wow factor" and that's a shame.
