My mother in law has been there for 1 week and so far I can say that this facility is clean, no odors whatsoever. The staff are friendly and kind which is the one thing that brings me the most comfort. I am glad she is there.

Greetings, I recently found placement for my brother at Belen Meadows Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Ms. Karen was the only person to call me back after an exhausting time leaving messages at different facilities and for several days. For this, I am greatful. She worked extensively with Ms. Patti at Presbyterian to get my brother transferred to Belen Meadows. What would have taken me a year of paperwork, Karen and Patti accomplished and completed all the paperwork in lighting speed to get my brother situated in his new home. We all truly hope that he will be happy and thrive in his new environment. Ms. Karen, thank you so much for your help and outstanding professionalism. Belen Meadows took good care of my mom while she was in skilled nursing recovering from a hospital stay. The PT/OT team is outstanding and gently helped her reach all of her goals. The admin staff were kind and informative and helped me to navigate through the insurance and Medicaid red tape to ensure mom's needs were met in her transition home. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The medical team took care of everything for the most part, although a little more staff may be needed on nights and weekends. Any time I had a question or a problem, the administrative team helped to ensure I had the right person to talk to and got all of my questions answered. When issues needed to be corrected, they were addressed immediately. Communication is key! This is an old facility, to be sure, and the rooms are not luxury, but to have a place nearby is the difference between visiting every day or visiting every week. Thanks Belen Meadows team for being there when we needed you.
