I'm handing out "accolades" to Accolade Healthcare! Due to unforeseen circumstances, they accepted my special needs brother on a moments notice. Everyone — from administration/front office — to nursing — to housekeeping — to therapy services and all those in between have been gracious and kind to him and our family. They are quick to respond and not hesitant to call me with questions they have about his care. It is so pleasant to walk in a facility that welcomes you and wants to serve and care for someone who is very special in our lives. You truly deserve these "accolades".

The best nursing home & rehab facility in Vermilion County. This marks the beginning of my wife's 4th year at Accolade. Is it perfect? No place is perfect. The management team, medical staff, physical therapy department, activities department, dietary, and house keeping all kind, caring, and professional. The staff goes out of their way to assist residents and families in resolving any concerns. Answering questions. If they don't have the answer they will connect you with the manager that does. Accolade of Danville have been great from everything to getting Dad set up for his respite stays to when he walks in the door and they know who he is and is greeted with a smile and a welcome back! Britt works with you and makes you feel relaxed, leaving your loved one in their care.

I had an opportunity to spend a week at this facility. I painted a mural for their veterans lounge. I went in apprehensive and ignorant but thoroughly enjoyed my time. The patients appeared to be well taken care of. They watched me paint from time to time and smiled. The staff we absolutely wonderful. I talked to many of them. They were eager to help me with anything I needed and you could tell that helping and giving was what they signed up for. Very kind people work here. The patients were always being tended to.

Friend was recently placed for rehabilitation services and I was very impressed when visiting her. There was plenty of staff and they were all very friendly. We were in and out of the facility numerous times of day and the residents were always involved in an activity. Staff is very supportive of the needs and desires of the residents.

The rehab team is excellent at this location. Megan and Les are amazing in occupational therapy and I couldn't ask for anyone better to complete progressive and client centred care. James and Hailey are fantastic therapist and they explain things in a simple manner and are always there to answer questions. The genuine care and respect provided by Megan, Les, James, Hailey, Katie and Toni is something I have enjoyed seeing here.

My husband was in this facility for over three months. During that time I had interaction with everyone from the Administrator to the food and laundry people. Everyone including pt, social worker, business office, receptionist was caring, helpful and pleasant. The nurses and aides on the 2nd floor were wonderful to us. I would recommend Accolade to anyone looking for healthcare facility, particularly if your loved one needs physical therapy.

Working at Accolade Healthcare is like gaining a 2nd family. From the bottom to the top, through all of our facilities, every employee matters. At the Danville facility we are beyond lucky to have an amazing Administrator that ALWAYS puts the needs of the residents first and treats the staff with kindness and respect. Every day she is looking for ways to improve and grow as a team! The corporate team is always there to offer support and guidance. They don't just sit behind desks, they visit the facilities regularly. They offer help when needed and continue to improve the work environment and processes to ensure the staff have the best resources to do their jobs well! The owner is hands on to make sure the staff and residents are treated well. He doesn't just know faces or names, he takes the time to converse and learn about you! The compassion, care, and encouragement they give their employees is top notch! Accolade is unlike any other place you'll ever work!

My mother in law was recently a patient at Accolade for rehab after a hospital discharge. The entire office staff was amazing at getting insurance approval set up and accepting her as a patient as quickly as possible. Although her stay was short she received excellent care from the nursing staff. I appreciate everyone's efforts in getting her well enough to go back home.

Accolade is a great community for LTC or short term rehab. The staff are fabulous. Brittany in Admissions/Marketing makes all new residents feel welcome when transitioning them into their community. Rachel, the Social Worker is the best with assisting their residents with whatever needs they need when going home, looking for their best options, or just needing someone to talk to. Activity Director Amber is amazing with keeping residents involved and busy with her creative ideas. Courtney is one of their best nurses who goes above and beyond with her compassionate care.

We truly are very pleased with the care and services my brother is receiving at Accolade Healthcare of Danville. Brit was welcoming from our very first encounter. The staff is always upbeat, friendly, and responsive to any concerns we may have. They are patient and knowledgeable about his individual needs. The physical therapy department is excellent as well! Staff are professional and courteous. Services provided are great! Transportation to healthcare services. On site nurses and CNA's do a great job! Matching residents for their compatibility in their rooms within the facility is a great service! Facility is clean and sanitized. Well maintained! Special thanks to Britt Cain. She coordinated admission of mom on a Sunday. She was there working with staff! A place providing relief in a difficult time!

My father was recently transferred to Accolade from another facility THANK GOODNESS Brit was great in helping us with transfer. Every one seems very caring know some times under staff being a nurse myself I can be pretty demanding about care every one I have come in contact with is helpful. My mother in law has been a resident for many years could not ask for better care in Danville Thanks every one great job
