My cousin has been there for 4yrs, and much of the newer staff she really likes, and treats her really well (she actually smiles when they came in the room) However she informed me when I went to visit her last week, that they have not started physical therapy on her (in 4yrs??) So for that I have to give them a 3

My Grandmother has been cared for here for several years. I live out of state and only have visited a handful of times. Every visit has been a pleasure, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. Questions about her care were answered honestly, and i truly feel comfortable with how my Grandma has been cared for. In times of short staffing, and an industry that has a complicated reputation, this facility shines and appears to be extremely well managed and compassionate toward the residents. Bravo to everyone responsible for setting the example for other facilities, and a personal THANK YOU to everyone who gives my beloved Grandma such wonderful care. - Lynette D
