My father spent two weeks at Pacific Care Nursing Center for rehabilitation following a recent hospitalization. We were very impressed with the quality of care he received. The facility is clean and well managed, the food is good, and the staff, including the nurses and administrative team, are professional, attentive, and compassionate. If my father requires a skilled nursing facility in the future, Pacific Care Nursing Center will be our first choice. Highly recommended.

I had to ask for kleenex for my mom. Then the next the kleenex was gone again. Mom was thristy but couldn't get out of bed. They could have given her a drink. Well my mom pass away there. And they stoled her earrings and eye glasses. Awful place.

I just love the staff. Especially the nurses and kitchen. They are very punctual and assist your daily needs. Juliette catored my meals and I was very pleased with her department. May, Kyle and Elton helped me a lot. I can’t remember all the names of my nurses, but they were always on time. Daisy and Janette and the rest of my nurses were always catered to my needs. I just loved the attention they gave me. Some of my CNA were great and some were lazy. I cannot remember their names. But the good ones were Evelyn and Reanna

This place is one of the cleanest places I've ever been at. They clean thoroughly everywhere everyday. The work staff nurses, doctors, everyone, is very accommodating, very polite, and very nice. The Physical Therapy isn't that great!!! They don't follow through. There are many nurses leaving because they aren't paid enough for all that they do.

My Grandmother has been cared for here for several years. I live out of state and only have visited a handful of times. Every visit has been a pleasure, and the staff has gone above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and appreciated. Questions about her care were answered honestly, and i truly feel comfortable with how my Grandma has been cared for. In times of short staffing, and an industry that has a complicated reputation, this facility shines and appears to be extremely well managed and compassionate toward the residents. My cousin has been there for 4yrs, and much of the newer staff she really likes, and treats her really well (she actually smiles when they came in the room) However she informed me when I went to visit her last week, that they have not started physical therapy on her (in 4yrs??) So for that I have to give them a 3

My dad spent his last days at Pacific Care Nursing Center and the quality of care and attention he received was excellent. The moment he arrived, the staff worked to make him feel comfortable and at ease. Every person we met, no matter the time of day/evening went the extra mile and had time for us and my dad. The staff was professional, but so caring and compassionate to our whole family, during what was a difficult time for us. Questions were answered thoroughly and everything was approached with a sensitivity and attitude of a loving family. We highly recommend the Pacific Care Nursing Center and their staff that provides the best of care to their patients. Our thanks to each person associated with this organization . We cannot thank you enough for the quality of services you provided to our father and support to our family as well.God bless you all!!!

I spent two months certificate Care Nursing Center with the back that was broken in three spots. The staff was wonderful caring and spot on. I was treated with care and kindness and enjoy the expertise of the nursing staff. Under the circumstances I feel Pacific Care was the best spot I was in for the last two months.

My grandfather was transferred here from another location he’s been at for a while. He was covid positive in June 2020 and has been on a ventilator ever since then. He was just admitted to this place a few weeks ago and they have accomplished so many goals for him that he is now out of the ventilator after 9 months! They are improving him so much and our family is so thankful to Britney and Levy. Thank you guys so much!!!
