Despite the awful reality that my mother had to live at the Forest Hills Care Center for almost 7 years with frontotemporal dementia, it gave me and my family enormous comfort knowing what outstanding care she was getting. This nursing home may seem unassuming from out the outside, but trust me, the level of care that takes place inside is unparalleled. I love these people for the care they gave my mother and the peace of mind they gave me.

This is a great place for my dad because he is staying there for 2 weeks and was very happy that my sister and I visited him. He is also doing the physical and occupational therapy there.

I started seeing Dennis because of a recurring sports injury and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly he was able to relieve my chronic pain. He is a model healthcare professional who takes the time to ask about your day and to answer your questions. The care that I received from Dennis (and Kim) has given me relief from pain and allowed me to return to the level of physical activity that makes me feel like me. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and compassion during a difficult time. The staff at Forest Hills Rehab are simply awesome! Thanks for everything!

Allow me to start off by saying, I never write reviews but felt it was important to share my thoughts. I wanted to thank each and everyone of you for the excellent care you gave my mother Margarita O. I realize she could be very difficult at times and all of you were subjected at one time or another to her not so nice ways, esp Lillian (so embarrassed) I am so sorry for that...I/we appreciate all the tender care you gave her, and I know in her heart she did too. I was completely unaware of what to do when she was admitted, TY Connie and Judy for making this stressful process seemless. Her Social Worker, Enandra is amazing. She helped w Ins, helped w more hrs w her aide, facilitating things she needed at home when discharge was happening. She went above and beyond TY!! The Nursing Staff, spot on! TY for being so kind, happy, understanding and so very caring. To ALL my moms CNAs, without your help, compassionate care and tons of patience you made this 3 month experience very pleasant. TY! The PT staff helped get my mom stronger and more confident, they encouraging and were supportive of her. TY to the cooking staff, my mother enjoyed your food but really loved your BBQ chicken. FH Care Center, TY for all the little things you did that I am not aware of! Thank you for treating my mom with dignity and respect...

This rehab center has to be one of the best in queens. I was a patient on the 3rd floor.To the Nursing staff especially Bryan, Rita & Donaldson physical therapy staff Layla & Marie. Last but not least dietician. Thank you Forest hills care center for having an awesome staff

My grandmother spent the last two months of her life here. I visited her here several times before she passed. Most of the time, this place was heavily understaffed and most of the staff that was here had no clue what they were doing. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because there were a couple of staff members who went above and beyond (unfortunately, I don't remember their names) to make my grandmother comfortable. While this place isn't the absolute worst possible option, there are better options out there.

I have only good things to say about Forest Hills Care Center! My loved one was there for approximately 1 month and she received the most professional services beginning with the Admissions Director, Social Services and Nursing! All of the staff were very kind and caring! The place is kept clean and I love the mirror shine to the floors. I will highly recommend this rehab to others!

What a great home that knows how to treat their residents in the with top-level care and dedication. Staff is wonderful and you are always greeted with a smile and warmth that is uncommon in NYC. Very grateful to the wonderful people dedicated to making this home a true gem in Queens, NY for skilled nursing services. As an added plus, food is very good here too!
