My mom was sent to Crest Pointe after a fall landed her in the hospital. The staff is great and the facility is clean. Mom doesn't like to be away from home, but the staff has made her stay quite nice. She has friends and the staff is great with her personality and are understanding when she has her bad days. Thank you, all!

My husband is the patient. And he is not a very good patient. The nurses were very polite and put up with his shenanigans. Kept him calm untill my next visit. They have outside so the patients can walk or sit and watch the boats go by. I noticed there were plenty of activities also available. Helps break up the day. I do feel this is the best place for him, he is only there temporarily untill he gets strong enough to come home.. I have notice like everywhere else they work very hard and can really use more staff working on the floors.

Location of facility is very nice with views of the river. My aunt loves watching the boats go by. The staff we encountered were all very nice and caring of her. Like the open door policy. We didn't have to give advance notice when we visited. She was neat and clean, and her quarters were well appointed with her bed made. She really likes it.
