Location of facility is very nice with views of the river. My aunt loves watching the boats go by. The staff we encountered were all very nice and caring of her. Like the open door policy. We didn’t have to give advance notice when we visited. She was neat and clean, and her quarters were well appointed with her bed made. She really likes it. We visited our aunt after her lunch. She and many other residents were on the deck watching the boats pass by. Very pleasant atmosphere. They had an icy socia, that she was looking forward to. They even gave us an icy too. She had an appointment to get a manicure, and was looking forward to that. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They treated her very well and respectfully. I’m at ease knowing she is well taken care of. Thank you.

We visited our sister, Theresa, today. Upon entering CrestPoint, we enjoyed a fresh fragrance in the air and we noticed everything looked bright, colorful and clean! Approaching our sister's room, we found her navigating her wheelchair in the hall and we saw her huge smile as we approached. It was a delightful, sunny day, so we brought her outside for fresh air where we enjoyed the boats in the canal. When we returned to her room, a nurse delivered a snack for Terry to hold her over till dinner and another aide helped her in the bathroom. We have photos to remember this wonderful visit! It should be stressed that the staff has always been pleasant and friendly. They are always busy and focused on the needs of their nursing home residents .

During my visits to Crest Pointe, I have always found the staff to be kind and attentive to the needs of the residents. The facility is clean and well cared for with nice decor and a pretty view of the water in the sun room which makes the atmosphere warm and relaxing. I've always found Crest Pointe to offer fun and engaging activities for the residents which creates a nice interactive experience. The lounges are beautiful and very comfortable and the paths around the property are wonderful. Lastly, one of the exceptional highlights of Crest Pointe are the many holiday celebrations and the welcoming of family gatherings.

My Mom is in Creast Point .She is well taken care of and is recovering good care a lot of attention . She expresses her feelings about a young man Victor who is an exceptional aid . She finds him to very compassionate and devoted to taking care of the people who are in there. He's a ten ! Also Liz the assistant nursing director is extremely devoted to help and taking care of the elderly at Crest Pointe .

my grandma has been here for 16 years and would not stop talking about the activity girls, kyia and anna for helping her get out of the room and enjoying some of the activities that goes on, they even come into her room when she’s in bed to make sure she’s comfortable, this is also including margarita who works in the kitchen, she makes sure my grandma is happy with whatever they serve. they are such a great team 🙂

They really care for the patient and their families here especially the Dietary, Alicia is an awesome asset to Crest Pointe! The activities department staff are pretty awsome too!! The nurses and aides who take care of my husband makes me feel he is in good hands! The administrator is really hands on as well and we are grateful to Mia and the social worker for all their help in making the transition to rehab pleasant and easy.

My mom has been in quite a bit of Rehab facilities over the years to recover from falls, uti’s and pneumonia. Crest Pointe in Point Pleasant Nj is a hidden gem - by far a cut above the rest. Located on the point pleasant canal has beautiful views of the water, activities for the residents all day long and the care and therapy were amazing. Everyone was so kind and compassionate. The administrator Shmuel Abramson was hands on with patients and their families always visiting my Mom and making sure all her needs were met he always went over and above the call of duty. He kept in touch with the family he is a man of action and a man of his word. Then there was Mia Febres the admissions coordinator welcoming you with a big smile connecting with my mom as she was doing the in take. Also always hands on with the me and my mom. Another shout out to Jenn that wore a lot of hats had many jobs she befriended my mom with her warmth and kindness always made my mom happy and laugh with her stories. I would also like to mention Alicia from food services always making sure mom had a mighty shake full of protein to build her strength. Thank you to all the nurses and aides together they all worked hard to get Mom better. She was only there two weeks and they gave her a red carpet send off. This place is definitely the best experience of care we have ever had. Thank you , thank you, thank you!!!!

The dietary team here at Crest Pointe is amazing, Nikkole and Quinda in the kitchen always go above and beyond to take care of all of the residents. And the dining services Director Alicia is an amazing human being and a kind soul. And I hope that they’ll be rewarded for their kindness and their loyalty! I also want to say that Lisa Morales the social worker here at Crest Pointe goes above and beyond for the residents and I am thankful for all the things that she does! Crest Pointe has been a wonderful long term home for my mom, who has aphasia dementia. To sleep well at night knowing your loved one is in good hands is so important. Donna in admissions has been amazing from day one and she always has a smile no matter how busy her day can be. From the front office staff to the activities staff to the amazing nurses and aides, all are there to care for your loved one the very best they can. My mom is on the Bayside wing and it's like an extended family to my mom and me. The nurses and aides there are exceptional in a very demanding job. Lisa, who has worked there over 30 years is an aide who cares for my mom multiple times during a week and actually took care of my grandmother 15 years ago, is just so caring and loving to all patients there. So many I could mention but the staff is just wonderful as a whole. And of course the view on the deck overlooking the boats cruising up and down the canal is the icing on the cake! My mom loves to be outside in the sun and watch the water as do so many there. I am happy everyday and night that my mom is at Crest Pointe. UPDATE: NOV 2025 I am very pleased with my mothers care at Crest Pointe. Even though my mother is long term the staff in all departments has been so helpful to her. Mom had a sore on her bottom that was concerning from sitting so much but Cassie, head of the rehab, got mom the right cushion for her right away that is needed when there is a sore. Along with a different type of bed and the nurses and aides watching her sore daily it cleared up wonderfully! I have found you can always express any concerns or questions about your love one to the staff and they will listen and be on top of your concerns promptly..From Melissa, Alicia and Yoshi at the head of medical and nursing to Lisa and Marie in social services and business manager; all have been so helpful in my mothers life and her long term home at Crest Pointe. My moms Nurses on her side are always wonderful..Joe, Kyle, Lisa, Liz and Jasmin as Nurse supervisors just to name a few are wonderful to my mom. Moms aides are very familiar with her and really care for her well. Also Jen, who sets up and cleans rooms is always so helpful in any concerns and always has an ear to listen and help in any way...my mom has advanced aphasia dementia..this is her home now and her extended family...thank you

My Godfather was well-taken care of here during his last weeks. Also my 88 year old aunt recuperated well after she fell. Nothing more special than sitting outside watching the boats go by (we wave and they honk!). No better facility around that can really help heal.

This place is n horrible spent 3 months for rehab terribly understaffed for care you will sit in a spoiled diaper forhoursdue to lack of staff ended up in the hospital because the nurse put in the wrong. Catheter in me Aides are good but horribly understaffed so patient care is terrible you willl spend hours in as soiled diaper due to understaffing. I would if lucky receivebmaybev30 minutes of physical therrapyb25! Minutes due to not enough therapist for the amount of patients. Ownership caes more about prophets than patient care. Would not recommend will not ever go back.friendly staff but severely understaffed and overworked days with over a 10020 patients and maybe 40 aides do the math
